I ordered the ornament on morning of Tues, 3/20/2018 and it said it would ship w/in 1-2 business days and deliver w/in 6-9 business days. It shipped the next morning and I received it on Mon, 3/26/2018 (in Baltimore, OH) - 4 business days after I ordered it! The ornament looked just as I expected. It looks really nice! Perfect memorial ornament My dad past away 2 weeks before Christmas and I wanted a way to keep Christmas special for his memory. I ordered 1 for myself, my mom and each of my kids. Very Meaningful My dad passed away before Thanksgiving and I just didn't have time to really prepare for the type of Christmas gifts I wanted to give. Being able to personalize these ornaments for each individual family member made these gifts both extremely meaningful to give and for those that received them. Beautiful Ornament I bought a special ornament for my husband, every year, from Personalazation Mall. My sweet husband passed away last February.
