Beautiful Memory piece I purchased this not only for a memory Christmas ornament but to sit in my home year round to remember my father who passed this fall. The ornament is so special and with my own memory written on the back with his picture on front. A beautiful piece and well worth the money. I recommend getting the silver holder also so that you have something to display it on.

Awesome Customer Service! I reviewed this product several weeks ago and at that time I did not give it 5 stars because as I said I felt the picture of my Dad was slightly off center. I received an email from you guys and was asked to take pictures of the ornament and send them back and they would be inspected. Several days after I received another email stating that the ornament was being redone for me. Firstly I didn't expect the first contact and I have to say I am an extremely hapoy person with my new ornaments.

Prettier in person I didn't realize this ornament would be ceramic, but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Good quality, much prettier in person, and comes in a little black bag.This is a great way to remember a loved one during the holidays.

Memorial Irnaments I purchased 2 different ornaments, which turned out fine. But the minute I picked up the small package, it had an odor that was very unpleasant. I have no idea what would be in the packaging but quickly trashed the package. Both items were supposed to have included ribbon for hanging but one did not.

Pretty ornament It was pretty, but for the back, the text appeared off center. My granddaughter lost her father unexpectedly this year to COVID, so this was very special to her.

Great Customer Service I had ordered this ornament before and it came and didn’t look good. When asked to review it, I did so honestly. Within a day, I received an email from Personalization Mall saying that they had remade the ornament and would ship it to me free of charge. I didn’t even ask them to remake it. They just did it. It came and looks great. Even if the ornament didn’t look as good as it does, it’s hard to beat such amazing customer service!
