Lovely I am so thrilled to get a quality personalized ornament that includes a picture of my sweet Alexander! The ornament IS a tad heavy, and I was frustrated with the character limitation on the back. However it still turned out absolutely lovely in the end. The picture is very clear and the lettering is spot on.

Wonderful memorial I lost my dad in August of this year. I searched to find a nice way to remember him during the holidays without it being overwhelming. He had friends and family across the country that I bought these for as well. They came out beautifully and arrived pretty quickly. I gave it four stars because one (out of 10) had a minor print bleed on the edge. It wasn't enough to send it back, but it was a defect.

Wonderful memorial I placed the order of two ornaments with a picture of my late father surrounded by all his grandchildren last Christmas. It came out beautiful. I will be giving my brother one for Christmas. The ornament itself is great quality and I love that it has a special pouch to be stored in.

Thoughtful sentimental gift By Shopper (Baltimore, MD) - November 25, 2017 I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law in memory of his father who passed away two years ago. The ornament is a little heavier than I thought it would be. The slate color leans more toward the purple spectrum rather than gray as it is pictured on the website. Also, the text on the ornament is crisper on the website image than in person - it seems a little blurry on the ornament, but not that noticeable. Overall, I am pleased with the quality of the ornament, and I am hopeful the gift is well received when given on Christmas.

Love having a permanent quality photo as well as a saying on the other side, but had to cut short due to limitation. This one had a gray background which gave it more of a masculine feel.

Exactly what I expected By Shopper (Lupton City , TN) - December 7, 2015 I gave this to my partner and her family for Christmas. She cried! It is a beautiful reminder of him to hang on their tree. I feel it is a bit heavy so if you don't secure it properly, it will fall and may break. Other than that, it is very nice, what I expected and is something they can treasure.

Disappointed I have ordered this item many times and every time it’s perfect. Unfortunately this time the photo on my ornament didn’t come out clear on two of the three. One of them came out great though so happy with that one. With this said, I will still continue to order as there are going to be mishaps.

2 sided Ceramic ornament The ornament has a nice quality feel. But, on one side, the picture was not completely centered on the ornament, causing the scrolly trim on one side to be partially missing. So it’s ok but a little off. Other ornaments I have seen from PM have been perfect.

A bit disappointed I was a bit disappointed at how the ornament turned out, but can't say it was the fault of the company. I would just suggest to NOT use a black and white photo on a wood matte finish ornament. The photo is very dull. I ordered 14 of these for my family as a memorial gift of my dad, and unfortunately they just did not turn out as nice as i had hoped. I did order one other ornament,same wood and finish, but used a colored photo, and that one turned out nice.

The picture wasn't centered in the middle of the ornament and the writing on the front and back was a little blurry. It delivered fast though!

Not consistent By Shopper (Norman, OK) - October 15, 2016 I ordered two of these with the same image at the same time. One came out crystal clear and the other was fuzzy looking and wasn't nearly the same quality. It is a nice ornament but I would hope for consistentcy especially when ordered at the same time.
