 Very unclear/low quality printingUnfortunately this came out horribly. The photo I used was of professional quality and it was blurry on the ornament. Even the wording was blurry. These ornaments have gone downhill which sucks, they’ve always been a favorite. I have purchased new ones every year for the last 12 years and it’s obvious something changed in the last few years. I will not be purchasing the ceramic ornaments anymore. IF I do purchase ornaments will only be the metal ones as those print very clearly.

Ornament By Shopper  (Yorktown Heights, NY) - December 28, 2019 I would have liked to write more on my ornament and it allowed me to at first. It even showed me writing in preview section and looked great, but it wouldn’t allow me to checkout as it could only be six lines. One why not? it looked fine and two why allow me to go though with it in first place if only 6 lines are allowed? I was very disappointed in that, but final product was nice.

Not as good as the image The ornament is nice, and looked great on the computer screen, but the on actual product the picture was too dark and there is no way to read what is on line 3 without a magnifying glass. I will keep my ornament as it is a memorial, but I did not purchase others for my siblings once I saw the actual product. It looked much, much better on the computer than in real life.

disappointed Nice quality but the back ground is so dark that you can barely read what it says. I was very disappointed at how dark they are.

Memorial Ornament By Shopper (Darien, IL) - November 17, 2016 I am disappointed in this ornament. The wording & photo are not clear very fuzzy. When I ordered this ornament the photo & wording looked bright & easy to read. I would not recommend this ornament.

 Horrible quality!This is the worst ornament I’ve ever ordered. All of the pictures and wording is so blurry, you can’t even make out what the photo or words are. Only one out of the three came out clear.

Personalization is unreadable By Shopper (Westampton, NJ) - December 3, 2017 Extremely disappointed in the quality of the personalization. I purchased 5 items. On two of them, one line is actually unreadable. The font is so small you cannot read it. There was no place to change the font size. However, It is only a 5 letter word. The sample item had 9 letters. It makes no sense. I contacted the company but they said they could not redo it. And they would not refund it. Very disappointed.

What a disappointment Ordered this product for my DIL who loss her father 2 weeks ago. I was extremely disappointed to receive 2 out of 3 ornaments that were all blurry & cheap looking. They make you jump through hoops to do a return. It has been 8 days & still no return approval & they lie about not getting a picture (you have to email for approval)Terrible customer service & quality control. I order ornaments every year & this year ordering from this company was a mistake. Go elsewhere & save yourself the headache.

Very disappointed although i love the concept and the ornament itself, the personalization was unreadable. Extremely disappointed!
