Pretty-and a memory that can be used for years I have received these ornaments in the past, and I love how many ways you can customize it. I ordered the matte finish this time-it arrived with some tiny scratches on one side-I hope that is t a sign of what may come for durability. The glossy I know is very durable. The picture is clear and the imprint clean and legible.
