Beautiful By Shopper (Mt Prospect, IL) - December 21, 2015 I was happy to receive my ornament, only to be disappointed that it arrived in a mailer envelope , without a box and broken. I called customer service and spoke to Mary who was very apologetic about how it was packaged (Ive always had their products arrive in a box) and promptly put in a replacement order at no cost. I received my ornament within two days. Great customer service!

 Gray writing is too lightBeautiful ornament; however, the personalized writing which they do in the gray color is, in my opinion, too light and therefore doesn't stand out enough.

anniversary present I ordered the heart ornament for my daughter and son in-laws 20th anniversary. I believe they will really like. It was very nicely made and the writing on it was perfect. It came with a nice bag that they can keep it in if they want.

A beautiful way to give a personal remembrance. Our best couple friends requested no gifts for their 50th anniversary, but we couldn't allow this momentous event to pass without a gift. Beautiful Ornament! My husband and I love this ornament! The quality is excellent! The only thing we would have changed was the date and our names we would have liked in black writing so it's more readable. Other than that, it's a perfect wedding anniversary keepsake!

The only suggestion I would make is to put the date under their names because hard to see on the top.

buying future products. I emailed the company but haven’t heard back. I put a rubberband in the center so you can see how it’s off center. Sorry the website rotated my photo and doesn’t have an option to rotate it back.
