Pretty ornament Nice ornament for special occasion! Good weight size, porcelain not plastic! Nice ribbon to hang on tree. My only complaint is type little off center. Got on time!

Heart shaped ornament It’s a nice heavy porcelain heart ornament with a quality finish. My only issue is that the Anniversary message is not even close to centered.

Nice ornament By Shopper (Katy, TX) - January 14, 2018 The reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the writing on the ornament being very light. The 25th anniversary portion is fine, the added names and anniversary date are extremely faint & hard to read. That being said, ornament is very pretty & the packaging it came with (velvet bag) was also very pretty.

Gray writing is too light Beautiful ornament; however, the personalized writing which they do in the gray color is, in my opinion, too light and therefore doesn't stand out enough.

 Not centered By Shopper (Largo, FL) - December 25, 2021 I received the first ornament which was significantly off centered. I was sent a second one which was a little better but still not centered. I'm very disappointed with this item although I have been happy with previous orders. If centered it would have been perfect.

Lettering Ornament was cute, but personalization was crooked. Disappointed they let it go out that way.

Pretty good product Quality has improved on personalized items. Wish the grey coloring had been more visible, but it was straight and correct.

 Off centerBy Shopper (Milwaukee, WI) - December 11, 2020 This is a very beautiful ornament unfortunately the design was off center. It was obvious so I am a little sad that they don’t do a QC and turns me off from
buying future products. I emailed the company but haven’t heard back. I put a rubberband in the center so you can see how it’s off center. Sorry the website rotated my photo and doesn’t have an option to rotate it back.

print different darkness I was not happy the printing of the personalization was lighter than the other writing on the ornament

 Not as expected I have ordered multiple ornaments over the past couple years and have always been happy with the results. This one however is way off center and of course trying to contact customer service with no answer

Disappointed I ordered this as a gift & was shocked & disappointed at the poor quality, as I have used PMall for many years, always to great satisfaction. The ornament itself is lovely but it came without the cap & with the personalized print off-center. I have been in contact with PMall & am anticipating a new one to be sent to me.
