Nicer than others give it credit for A lot of people have said the date written on the one side is too dark...well, choose your photo wisely! I think mine's fine because the background is against greenery. A lot of things end up darker when printed. Unfortunately it's your responsibility as the customer to have it turn out a certain way with photo selection, color and cropping, and they're not mind readers, but yea, it's a risk you take really.

Bride & Groom loved it! My nephew married his long-time love earlier this year, and I made this ornament for them as a Christmas gift. They LOVE it! I'd also made one from their engagement party, so the bride plans to display them together on the table top ornament stands all year long. VERY pleased with quality and finished product.

Out of town? I never got a chance to see it cause I had it shipped directly to family from out of town. But they did say it was beautiful. and they loved it!!

 Very lightThe white lettering is hard to read against the photo background. Choices in color would help. Also, would be nice to leave the heart on the tree blank. The saying is great and will be used as our 2nd anniversary ornament.

Very Cute Ornament By Shopper (Boise, ID) - December 10, 2018 Nice quality. Not sure I needed to pay $5 for the "gift box". It's kind of cheap looking. Simple white box with black stretch bow. Didn't realize it comes in the maroon bag inside the box. So, I don't think I really needed the box. Must attach the ribbon - it comes separate. It is a bit smaller than I expected, but I am happy with the purchase.

Barn wedding This is a beautiful ornament for a barn wedding memory. The only problem I had was not being able to change the color of the wording on the photo side. The white lettering blended in with the white tablecloths. I had to go over it with a colored marker so the names would show up. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a five.

another option for print color By Shopper (West Peoria, IL) - November 13, 2017 I bought this for a wedding gift and it turned out very nice. The picture is nice and clear and the quality is good. The only problem is the printing of the name and date is in white and part of it cannot be seen well due to being over a lighter part of the picture. Wish there was an option for different color print.

 Wedding gift Pro's - quick delivery, cute idea, cool bag for the ornament to be kept, reasonable price.
Con's- no option to change the text color and it didn't show up on my picture (white text on white dress) the writing was a bit blurry which made it look low quality.

Imperfect I bought this ornament for my niece who recently got married. The first one came in with a scratch and customer service was professional, helpful and expedient in sending a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement came in with a scratch. I am waiting for its replacement. I gave three stars because the ornament is unique, the price was a good value, and And customer service was excellent. It would not deter me from using or recommending this website again.

 Poor Quality ColorI have ordered a personalized or same to from you guys every year and this is the first time it just wasn’t good. The color is so blurry and faded. Not at all that way in the photo or in the review. Very disappointed

Disappointed I was a little disappointed when I received this ornament. The quality was really poor compared to my past purchases. The picture was blurry and it was a lot smaller than I was expecting. You couldn’t even see the wedding date on the back. Not sure what it was made out of. It wasn’t glass. I could see the silver edging around it. Almost like a metal.

Check before you send I purchased this for my sister. You can barley read the date because of the picture. Most wedding dresses are white this should be changed to black. I could see it in the preview but not when it came. Also I had to contact customer service to get a replacement sent because the ornament had a printing defect. Why aren't these checked before being sent out. Would have saved me some trouble. Other than that It turned out okay. I've ordered better from other places.

 Never AgainI have zero plans to ever order from this company again. The original ornament that I ordered showed up cropped nothing like what I had ordered via my preview. They did offer to replace the ornament at no charge per their guarantee, however I am still sitting here six weeks later with no ornament for our Christmas tree because it was lost in the mail. I get that this is not personalization Mall‘s fault so to speak, however I cannot get anyone on the phone that will do anything for me other than tell me that they will have a manager call me and then no one calls. Now that we are one week out from Christmas I am fairly certain that I will not have this gift on time and this all could’ve been avoided had they fulfilled the order as it was originally cropped, called me or responded to my email in a timely manner or take care of the issue by resending me one with rush shipping.
