This time it was above all expectations. I ordered a personalized blanket for a newborn child- i love the quality of the blankets I’ve ordered over the years. BUT- during the pandemic somehow the blanket was never received. We have Fed Ex checking- things happen, I call Personalization Mall and asked if they could duplicate my order and send directly to the new family- not only did they do so right away, but I was only charged for shipping
The blanket was received and is now cherished by the new baby and parents.

Soft and cozy My niece blanket came in excellent my family loves it,my only complaint would be that the names at least the first letters should be capitalized, which I called and customer service said no fonts for that and I think it should be on the page when ordering so customers would know,but the blanket is gorgeous and would definitely purchase again, good work PM

In love I can’t say enough about this baby blanket.
