For a co-worker By Shopper (Great Falls, MT) - February 13, 2013 I ordered this pencil holder for a co-worker who worked hard at getting her licenses. I thought the holder was going to be like a glass material and kinda heavy, but it is not. It is plastic. They did a great job with the personalization and shipped very quickly. Still satisfied with the pencil holder.

Don’t wipe it! As soon as I got the product I noticed smears all over the front. I tried gently wiping the smears off before I wrapped it, but it just got worse. I tried with an eyeglass cloth. The product looks like the picture, I was just disappointed in the smudges.

too expensive I paid $25 with shipment. I doesn't worth this amount. Its appearence is good but very light. About $10 is OK, but $19 is too much. It came very late, more than a week.

Nice but hard to read The product itself is nice. I was a bit disappointed to find out it was plastic or hard acrylic as opposed to glass. However it may have said that in the description and I might have missed it. The engraving was perfect but it's nowhere near as clear to read as they show it in the picture. You have to be looking in just the right light to see the personalization. I would shop around for something a little nicer if giving this as a gift.

Looked better online By Shopper (Denison, TX) - December 13, 2012 I was extremely excited to give this to my mom for Christmas but when I opened when I received in the mail I actually had to move the holder around to see the initial and name printed on in. It was so sheer that you could almost miss it if you didn't know the name was supposed to be on there. Anyway, I still really like it and hopefully she will too!

I bought it as a gift for my fiancé landing his new job. He still uses it- but it's not the quality I am used to with Personalizationmall. I should have read more closely

You should know... ...this item is nice to have on desk and the quality of the acrylic is good, but etching does not show up unless there seems to be a light source shining on it. While the preview before purchasing image seemed to be visible, note that it is photographed with a dark surface behind it because if it was a light or white colored surface it would not show up, what I had to do upon receipt was use a deep colored card stock cut out to place within the container behind the etching to get it to somewhat show up without a light shining on it. Probably would be better if it was offered to have a deep color (definitely not light colored) choice for monogramming instead of etching or just left without any etching. I've ordered several items from Personalization Mall previously with etching and this is the first time I am disappointed in the result.

Pen & Pencil Holder This item looks nice but when you go to pick it up you realize that it isn't glass as it appears. It is actually plastic. Since I am giving it as a gift I am not very pleased.

Quality The actual product is disappointing. I think the quality of the material is low grade. I didn't think it's what I wanted to give as gift. Kind of loss my money on that purchase

Cheap quality The holder was light and cheap looking. It was almost equivalent to using a mug as a pen/pencil holder. However, a mug would have been heavier! Its cheap platic like material instead of glass. I would not purchase again.

Bad Engraving Looking at this product online and the engraving - you can actually make it out. Once I received this item at home - you have to continue turning it, back and forth to even be able to see there is something engraved on it. Plus I know it said acrylic - but it is so cheap looking there is no way that I can give these to my bosses. Very disappointed.

Very small This is the first time I have been disappointed with one of your products. This pen and pencil holder is more the size of a business card holder....Not impressed.
