Problem solved By Shopper  (lisle, IL) - February 27, 2017 Product was exactly what I wanted, but there was a hunk of bark missing from the top of the piece. After a few simple steps with customer service a new piece was sent out. This showed great commitment to customer service! I would highly recommend this company to anyone desiring a custom made sign or decoration. Thank you!

 Perfect giftI love the size, the font and wording. The only disappointment is the edges of the wood is flaking. Like real wood does but, I thought maybe it would have some sort of coating to help prevent the flaking off. Other than that it's perfect.

I purchased it for my 5th wedding anniversary which is traditionnaly represented by wood and it was perfect! The personalization was written on.....i would have given it 5 stars if it were actually engraved. And the bark on the edges chips a little-i had to glue a piece back on. I highly recommend this sign and the price is perfect!

 Not what I expectedI order a lot of things from this company and I am always very happy with the quality. This item I was very disappointed the outer bark was falling off the item and it looked like someone just wrote the names on with a magic marker. I would not recommend this item.
