Font options and size By Shopper  (Lake Stevens, WA) - January 8, 2021 I love the personalized canvas print ---but I thought that the lettering would be made to fit in the space and look good - artistic. It is too small and plain font. It surprised me because the quality of the canvas print was otherwise really nice and professional looking. I wish I could re-order with a layout out of the phrase in the center that is more attractive, but I did not see that as an option.

Beautiful but shipping on this item took a month! I ordered 5 items total and they all turned out beautiful 4 of the items (all placed a couple days to two weeks after I ordered this item) were delivered within a few days or shipping and a week of the original order date. This item that shipped on 11/27 was not delivered until 12/23. I ended up purchasing other gifts for the recipient because I didn’t know if this would arrive by Christmas.

Canvas review This canvas turned out well. The white is a bit yellow. I wish I would have ordered a bigger one. Might still do that.

The "Rieschl's" By Shopper (Ralston, NE) - October 29, 2020 It wag great. The only thing that was a little sad was some if the faces or heads were cut off or short when you covered the frame so pictures weren't centered or placed properly. Other than that, it was great.

Father's Day pic This picture came out so well. I was really happy with.Got it for Father's Day from my kids to my husband and unfortunately we did not get until 2 weeks after Father's Day. It was worth the wait.

Pleasantly Satisfied I knew I was taking a risk since I knew no one who had used this company before. My canvas came in great condition and seems to be of good quality. I instantly put it on the wall and am pleased with the finished product. The pictures are slightly fuzzy not sure if that is how canvas should look, hence the 4 star rating as oppose to five.

Good but not great I was slightly disappointed in the way the pictures wrapped - the centering you do for the pictures while making it doesn't get reflected because the edges wrap around on the sides and can cause some images to look off-centered. Otherwise nicely done

 Not what I expectI thought it was going to be like Canvas I purchased in past not this HARD STONE. I guess I didn't really look at all the details. Won't advise them to hang. This is very heavy.

Nice personalization concept, but not well carried out I purchased this product as a home warming gift for a relative. I added the frame option to enhance its functionality. Unfortunately, the frame arrived defective. It is unclear to me whether this occurred during shipping or if it was poorly put together. Either way, I asked someone to fix it (because I was pressed for time) and felt disappointed with the value I got for what I paid.

Christmas present I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my mom with all her grandchildren pictures on it . It shipped very fast came in on time I was so excited for her to open it, and the quality of the print isn't great the photos isnt overly clear. Little disappointed with that part. She still loved it and hung it up right away. But for the price I wasn't that happy

Stunning! Just one setback By Shopper (Miamisburg, OH) - February 5, 2019 This is Brandon’s now wife, Nicole. I ordered these, and the work they did turned out so much better than I could have ever anticipated. Everyone compliments me on it and asks where I got it from. It came out so good, I am extremely impressed. Only issue was that I spent a lot of money in order to receive their fastest shipping possible (next day delivery.) and the delivery did not come when it was supposed to. It was late and customer service was zero help. That’s why only 3 stars,

Lovely Idea, But A Little Grainy By Shopper (Elk Mound, WI) - December 14, 2016 Usually I'm a big fan of this site. This particular purchase is ok, but not the best I've seen from them. It's a bit grainy. When you upload pictures it rates the quality of each one (something like "bad/good/better/best"), and it rated all of my pics as "best", so I was surprised when it arrived and the pictures all seem a tad grainy. Maybe it is because they are printed on a canvas. Overall, it is still a nice item, and I will still give it as a gift.

Spelling By Shopper (Maple Shade, NJ) - December 9, 2016 The photos looked great... Although there was a spelling error. I wish they could have corrected it or reached out and let me know. As a mother multi tasking is something i do. But mistakes happen i wish they could have been my second set of eyes. But over all it looked good. The in-laws will love it regardless.  OUCH, DISAPPOINTMENT AND TOO LATE TO FIXBy Shopper (Ingleside, IL) - December 19, 2020 I ordered as a Christmas gift. I normally read all reviews, including & especially, the bad ones. I didn't this time. For some reason I thought this was printed on wood, which in the past has been crystal clear. All detail is lost here. Can't read the print, eyes are a mush spot in all pictures, even those of very high quality and close up, and there is a greenish cast over everything.The hanger is stuck to the inside of the bag. SOOO disappointed. Now I am left without a gift. THIS would be an embarrassment to give. I do not understand how the photos you show from consumers look so clear when mine was grainy, greenish and unclear. I used some of the same photos on wood ornaments from another company and they are crystal clear, the color is accurate, and they are very detailed. This was your last chance to get this right. Previous order looked out of focus when the picture wasn't. Luckily I ordered the same one from another company. I'm done with trying here.

Somewhat disapointed By Shopper (Stoughton, MA) - January 11, 2017 I have purchased so many items from Personalization Mall and always been extremely happy however this time was different. I ordered this canvas and as a memorabilia for a relative who lost his home to a fire. The canvas came out beautiful but the frame (which was $40) came apart when I lifted it from the box and was unable to put it back together. Because this was a gift and I paid the rush shipping because we were seeing them I had no choice but to give it to them frame less. Reconsider paying that kind of $ for the frame but the canvas was nice.

Although it was cost effective and cheaper in price than most other web stores,the quality was somewhat poor. Multiple images were blurry and I felt bad giving it as a gift. I guess you get what you pay for so I am partially to blame for looking for the best bargain.

 Poor quality printI have purchased several prints on canvas from a different vendor. I decided to give Personalization Mall a chance this time. I will not be a return customer. While the digital photos provided were of high quality, the print produced on canvas was rough, grainy, and appeared out of focus. This is not what I expected based on my previous experience. I contacted Personalization Mall about the poor quality and provided photos detailing the rough, grainy, and fuzzy prints, as well as, photos of other properly produced canvas prints from a different vendor. The reply was that the prints came out the way they were supposed to and that the quality met their design parameters. Therefore, I can only conclude that their poor quality prints are by design.

Terrible The pictures are so blurry. It turned out terrible and I’m so disappointed bc I don’t have time to do something else before Christmas now for a personalized gift

The Photo crop and editor is TERRIBLE DO NOT waste your time This is a terrible production platform. I used this last year and was So dissapointed in the finished product. It was grainy and dull.

Disappointed. Not happy with This was a memory for my mom and sisters kids. I wanted to give them a special Xmas present. Was not satisfied at all.
