 Excellent frame -be sure to preview carefully I love this item. Just be aware that the order you write the names may not be what you expect. Be sure to preview. I had previewed it and realized my eldest granddaughter’s name was last when reading around in a circle. I wanted it first so had to adjust the order of the names. I’m happy with the frame.

Frame was perfect but…. By Shopper (New albany, IN) - December 20, 2021 I received my frame very quickly. 4 days sooner than promised. Is was exactly what I wanted as a gift for my wife. Only problem, I paid for the “gift box” so I would not need to wrap it only to find out it is just a cheap cardboard box with the company logo on it. Mine also had a barcode with order details on it as well. They charge $7 for this flimsy white box that is more advertisement for them than it is a gift box. Buy the frame, you won’t be disappointed. But dont waste money on the box.

Beautiful Gift I purchased 5 of these frames for Christmas gifts. When I received them, only one was ready to wrap. The other 4 had flaws in the heart writing. After contacting the company and sending pictures of the flaws, they remade them and shipped them to me quickly. They will be beautiful and unique gifts!

Nice frame The frame is cute and nice personalization. I wasn’t thrilled that it was rough and wasn’t smooth with a finish.

Frame is nice, color of picture was off Frame is really nice but the picture was a bit orange. I printed it somewhere else with no editing and it turned out much better.

Sentimental Gifting These frames make awesome gifts for any family member and the quality is good. I normally order personalized ornaments for the grandchild and neice, but decided to try something different. Best decision ever!

 Cute but not best quality I loved the idea of the frame and it came out really nice. The only thing is the material felt cheap and 1 of the 2 I purchased couldn’t hold the picture in place. Cheap quality frame but cute idea.

Not as expected By Shopper (Manchaca , TX) - August 23, 2020 I received this frame as a gift two years ago and it was perfect I absolutely love my frame. We recently added a new baby to our family so obviously I needed a new frame. So I ordered it this time and unfortunately it missed the mark. The colors were weird all around some places really dark some really light, but the company said it was manufactured correctly. Maybe I'm just being too picky but I know what the quality could be from my first frame and this new one just left me disappointed.

Like/dislike Overall it was good. However the glass was broke in the frame I received. They did have a quick response and sent me a new one out after I sent them a picture of the broken one. I have not received the 2nd one yet. Hoping it is in good condition. I have bought form Personalization Mall for years and never had a problem before.

 Puzzle frameVery disappointed when I received. Make sure when you go to order, you look at ' preview photo ' closely. I did, but not close enough...the name on the side was Crooked and the name on bottom corner was not aligned proper so it went over into next block. VERY HARD to tell these on the 'preview photo but very Obvious on the actual frame. When I called customer service, they said it matched the preview so not much they could do. I am sure it is a nice frame WHEN done properly. Buyer be Aware....

 poorly doneThe lettering was done poorly and when I called to complain about that ,they refused to resolve the matter. Very poor customer service. I will not be using them again.

didnt like it this time i have ordered this item before. last time the wood and color texture was amazing and this time the wood and color wasn't impressing at all. The names are very light not dark script. the puzzle color is not dark enough.
