Product is great, packing of product is horrible! This is the second time I've ordered this frame..I love it as a gift..the shipping was done horribly..the glass was shattered so there were shards in wood. They replaced the glass fast which was great, however I had to clean off the frame to make sure the children didnt for cut in anyway. Product great, shipping bad, customer service response fast.
