Great and fast This is our second one of these we've ordered and it arrived professionally done and we received it within a few days. My only issue is that the canvas wasn't stapled very tight on our last one, so it's bows a little bit, especially around the edges.

Unique gift I ordered my granddaughter a personalized wall canvas with her name on it, and many applicable words about her. I haven’t seen it in person yet, but she sent me a picture, and it looks very good. When ordering, the site actually puts the words you selected on a canvas to show you how it will look. This took an extra long time to arrive, but it’s unique and worth it.

1 Family & 1 Friend Gift By Shopper (Freeport, IL) - September 30, 2019 Love that can USE MY WORDS to personalize & able to VIEW AS WILL APPEAR and MAKE CHANGES prior to finalizing. Hint: Make a prioritized list of the words you want to use before starting your order. Also you cannot pick/change the font, just the placement of your words. My only critical comment is that some of the letters are not solid with color/ink. I did purchase at sale price, therefore, value was OK. It is my opinion regular price is not proportional to value of item. However, no issues with spelling or timeliness of shipment. It is actually quite easy & fun to create your gift!

I love it By Shopper (Victoria , TX) - March 16, 2018 I absolutely love this canvas. It was pretty much like the description. I wasn't sure about the size and scale but it turned out ok. Quality has been good and it's super light weight. Cons: I wish there were other colors or other customization combinations.

Bright White We love our personalized canvas. The White of the letters was far brighter and cleaner than we expected. They appear to be slightly distressed and faded in the preview and therefore would match our home. The stark, clean white has what looks more like smudging on the largest word, and the rest is plain bright white text. We were disappointed in that regard, but we do still love the overall idea and of course we love the opportunity to have something personalized just for us.

Better than expected This turned out great! Very happy with my purchase. Only wish is that it was offered in larger sizes. A conversation piece for sure!!

Very happy with the way we were treated when needing replaced By Shopper (Hutchinson, KS) - July 1, 2017 Ordered this for my brother and new wife. They loved it but..........there was some corners cracked when they opened it on the frame. Emailed personalization and sent picture and they replaced it for free!!! Even tho it could have been cracked anywhere in transition. Was very happy they did that. Will be buying more. This was my 3rd purchase from them and have been very please with all. Keep up the good work. Reason for the 4 stars is because I have not seen the frame. But pretty sure if I saw it I would give it a 5

Great gift I love to find unique gift for friends. I love the idea that you can put together different words or dates that mean something. I was very happy with the product! The only thing that I wish was different is the background color. I chose grey. The grey itself is very nice, but it isn't a 'solid' grey. It almost has a 'whitewash' look to it. So instead of a stately grey, it is more washed out. That is something that won't work for froends who have high standards for things in their home.

Teacher recognition By Shopper (Bonney Lake, WA) - December 20, 2016 The Personalized Canvas Print looked exactly as it did in the preview and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to personalize and there were plenty of sizing options. I paid the extra for the 1.5" thick frame and am happy I did. It was displayed at a reception to honor a teacher and given to that teacher as a gift. All in all, guests liked it and asked where I purchased it. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the feel of the print is more like screen print on plastic vinyl rather than paint on canvas print. Be aware, also, that the cost of shipping alone adds another 30% to the overall cost, which could tip this product into the "not worth it" category.

Love the idea I really like that you can choose your own words for this print. I would like to have had more color choices - I choose gray but I really wanted something closer to dark blue. I really like how it turn out except for two smalll issues , the canvas isn't pulled tight and it looks like a crease on the right side and they don't attach the picture hanger. I couldn't get it to go in so I just hung it from the frame

Great canvas, but don’t bother with frame I love the canvas quality and layout of the personalized phrases that I chose. It would be good on the website to have better instructions of where each line shows up on the product.
Don’t bother with the frame. The pegs to keep the canvas in place all fell out the second I picked up the product. And the hanging bracket bent when I tried to install it on the canvas. Considering the surcharge for the frame, you’re better off going to Michael’s or similar craft store to find a frame.

Personalized canvas I loved the canvas ...all but the name 'Lucien' is really sub par. The letters are runny, the C resembles a G more than a C. I was EXTREMELY disappointed on seeing this and felt like this was inferior to the rest of the article. The sample was much clearer and sharper than the actual article. If offered a free replacement I would definitely take it.

Not what I expected I was expecting canvas and maybe it is but it looks like shiny vinyl. And I thought it would be painted. The description needs to be a little more detailed I think.

Loose canvas By Shopper (Napa, CA) - August 12, 2016 Really love the canvas photo but can only give three stars as the canvas wasn't stretched and tighten around the frame. Too much slack in the photo. I reinforced it and it looks OK but I think they could have done a better job with this.

 Print is VERY SloppyBy Shopper (Peoria, AZ) - December 23, 2018 Love the canvas but hate the sloppy print. After calling I was told it’s supposed to be “distressed”. I understand what distressed is but this was so bad that it looked like it was defective. You told me you wouldn’t refund my money. After spending this much money I decided to get acrylic paint and try to repair the print. Much to my surprise I was able to fix the print with acrylic paint. After several hours of work it actually looks nice. I’m lucky I’m crafty enough to have fixed it. You really really need to refine the print. If you do that you will have a quality product. If you don’t, all you have is a sloppy mess. I’m quite sure you’ve had numerous complaints about the print. When I first opened my canvas print I was certain the print was a mistake & that you would remake it for me. I was in complete disbelief when I was told it was supposed to be that way. Can’t believe you would sell something like this. The preview on my order looked fine. The actual print was terrible.

Messy Print I just love the layout, price point and quickness in which I received this item...but the screen printing on the print left a lot to be desired. It appears the ink as spatters on the canvas. Really ruins the who vibe of th present. Not sure I will even give as a gift. Including the photo that they said it looks like... not what I received
