So pleased I ordered two banners, they were delivered on the day that was scheduled. Both are truly great, I am so pleased with the results. The quality is top notch. Looks great! My product came as ordered and looked great! We plan to hang it for the graduation party.
I also received someone else’s order so I called customer service to let them know someone wasn’t getting theirs and that I’d be happy to send it back. The customer service rep was nasty and told me to throw it away. They would make a new one when the other customer calls to say they never got theirs. I was just trying to do the right thing and tell someone and she wasn’t very nice about it.
