So cute! I ordered 4 of these adorable cookie jars. One for myself (with Grand babies names) and one for each of my kids with their families names. Great product I actually bought 2 of these cookie jars for my adult children and their spouses. Each had our and in-laws immediate family members and pets names on it. Came out beautiful. Awesome Company This cookie jar met all expectations and the company has been awesome to work with. I ordered 6 cookie jars and 2 of them were broken when they arrived. This was right before Christmas. I sent an email with a picture of the broken jars and the company immediately sent out 2 more that still arrived before Christmas. Great product and excellent customer service and company.

Excellent I ordered this cookie jar on 12/15 for a Christmas gift. It arrived 12/20. The cookie jar was completely shattered. It was poorly packaged for a fragile item and wasn’t noted anywhere that it was fragile. At this time their customer service department was closed, so I called as soon as they opened on 12/21. The respresentative that answered my call was extremely helpful, I told them the situation and they had my order remade and shipped the same day- free of charge! Highly reccomend!!

Cookie Jar & great customer service! I ordered this cookie jar for my daughter-in-law as a Christmas gift with the names of their 5 children and them - very cute. When it arrived I could hear the broken pieces of it rattling in the box. I was very disappointed! I called the next day (Wednesday before Christmas) and received the re-made cookie jar delivered to my door on Friday. The Customer Service representative was very helpful and easy to contact. I was amazed and very happy with the quick replacement! I will definitely order from Personalization Mall again.

Great Customer Service The website made it easy to order. When my jar arrived, I discovered it was the wrong one. I called them. I took a picture and within hours they had written to tell me a new one would be rushed to me. This is exactly what happened. This was amazing especially during the busy season of the year. I was happy with the quality and packaging as well.
