I did Not like this frame at all! It has a purplish tint to it, instead of a brown wood color. Trying to decide if I’m too embarrassed to give this as a gift, as was intended....
Digital wood grain, fake plastic nothing near what was pictured.
I was very excited for this as i though it would be very special and elegant. Unfortunately when I opened it, it was a plastic resin frame with a digital print of some wood grain. It even looks digitalized a bit. I'm sorely disappointed at the product I received and would have never ordered it had I realized what it really was. The photo is cut off in the frame and moves around.

I bought this as a wedding gift and when I received the item I was really disappointed with how it turned out. I was thinking it was supposed to be wood and rustic and its not even close to what the image depicted represents. I can't give this as a gift.
I was very excited to get this frame, it is a newer design from the website, and different from the one I usually get. I was disappointed in the color, had a purple tint and the finish is hazy/cloudy looking. When I contacted customer service and told them my dissatification they told me there was nothing wrong and that is how the frame should look. Do not want to give this as a wedding gift, looks cheap and not happy with it.
The frame arrived with the back falling out as soon as I took it out of the box. There are no ridges to lock the frame in place so the picture just falls out. You would think whoever placed it in the box before shipping would have noticed. The material looks like cheap plastic which didn't come across online.
Not Rustic Elegance - Very Fake replication of wood

Not what I was expecting. Ordered many other products from Personalization mall and been very happy with quality. Personalization is not engraved and laminate is very poor imitation of pictured wood. Will not be giving as gift and cannot return because personalized.
I should have read the reviews. This frame is NOT wood. It's a picture of wood covered in shiny gloss. I'm honestly too embarrassed to give it as a gift and will have to find something else on short notice. It looks very cheap and not the rustic look pictured on the site. Save your money!
I am very disappointed by this frame. It does not look rustic at all. I expected it to look a little like the website picture, but it does not. The terrible wood laminate and gloss on the front take away any rustic feel the frame may have had. I was going to give this as a wedding present, but am too embarrassed to do so. If you want something that looks like wood, this is not the frame for you.
This frame resembles nothing like the one pictured and is very high gloss! This is not "rustic elegance" as described, however is more like a frame you would purchase at a beach junk store. I am very disappointed and despite being a frequent customer when I called to discuss my concern over the item, a supervisor finally agreed to credit my account after I paid to ship this one back. So I paid to have it shipped to me, will pay to have it shipped back and will pay to have another item shipped.
Not real wood!

This is not real wood. I didn't read the description carefully enough and was really disappointed with what I got. It looks really tasteful from their picture, but when you receive it, it's so shiny and cheap looking. You can see how reflective it is in my picture, you can't even look at the frame because you see your reflection in it. Waste of money, I'm going to have to buy a whole other picture frame.
The website describes this frame as "rustic" with a picture of a matte finished frame. That's not at all what I received. Instead I was sent a frame with a high gloss finish. Nothing "rustic" about a high gloss finish. If you think you're going to receive a rustic matte finished frame forget it!
They have much better products for the same price of this frame. You're better off making another selection.
