Golf Towel I was skeptical at first as I usually am with any new company when ordering online and I'm sure that it partially has to do with a few bad experiences that included personalization. The pictures featured represent the product to the fullest. I have gifted one to a golf pro (good friend) and my father (huge golf enthusiast.) They both absolutely loved them and it is now the only towel they use when on the course. The material is high quality, the embroidery is second to none and with that experience I am here purchasing boatloads of last minute Christmas gifts and coveting so many items for myself.

A must have for the golfer in your life I purchased two of these golf towels for Christmas gifts. The quality of both the towel and the monogram is exceptional. The towel is thick and soft and looks much more expensive than the cost. The handy heavy duty hook is a great addition to attach to the golf bag. I am glad I purchased these for the hard to buy men in the family.

Very Nice Towel Unlike the divot fixer I ordered that had the engraving off center, this one was centered and look very nice. This made a nice xmas gift.

 item made incorrectlyI misunderstood your description of my order. Thought I ordwered a navy blue towel with gold monogram. A navy monogram on black towel is so impossible.
I called customer service, the lady I talked to listened to my problem, said you would remake the towel, I would only pay the shipping. I am very satisfied as of now, the towel has been shipped. Hoping for the perfect gift.

Beyond disappointed After ordering 6 items through the company I received a product with the wrong name on it although the packing slip & order confirmations were correct. When I reached out to the company I was told that I had to take a picture of what I received & email it to them before the correct items would be sent to me. Now I’m short a Christmas gift. This is unacceptably poor customer service! Shame on Personalization Mall!!!

Incorrect spelling Very frustrating. I got this gift as a Christmas present. The name was spelled correctly on the preview, receipt, and order confirmation, but spelled wrong on the actual item.
