Better than expected When I ordered this I didn't expect the quality to be what it was. When I received it I was shocked that it was a nice heavy coaster. From the picture I thought it would be a cheap cork coaster but it is a nice wood.
Would suggest to others.

How many? By Shopper (Newburgh, IN) - February 21, 2017 I placed two orders and received 2 coasters. Did I misunderstand? Is an order only 1 coaster? The product is great but I thought 1 order would constitute the standard 4 coasters.

 Disappointed By Shopper (Longwood, FL) - November 28, 2023 Very disappointed as the description of the item never mentioned that it was an individual coaster. These come in sets usually. Very disappointed that only one coaster showed up.

Coaster There is only one coaster in each order. Also, the quality is poor. I purchased 11 of these and the non slip is not in the same space in the middle of the circle but instead all around it, making things uneven on the coaster.

Misconception I thought I was getting four coasters but only received one. With the picture, I just thought that usually when you purchase coasters they come in a set of four. Well don't think you're getting four you will only receive one. I purchased these as Christmas gifts and now I have to think of something else to get. Very disappointed with this. BUT the quality and engraving is great as with everything else I have ever purchased from Personalization Mall.

Could have been better The Engraved coasters are nice! The 3 star rating is because 5 out of the 12 coasters I ordered came to me without the cork backing. The ones with the cork backing were lopsided and looked like they were slapped on in a hurry. The company shipped me cork backings but it took almost 2 weeks to receive them and then I had to take the time to add them. These were gifts that didn't come to me ready to give, which is what I ordered. Very disappointed.

Misleading picture; must read all info The coaster is very nice. The picture shows and item description says coasters as in plural.....these are sold individually. Who buys just one coaster? Me...I bought just one coaster because I thought I was buying a set of 4. When I went back and read the information, it does say (sold individually), so it was actually my fault. I think it is a misleading picture and there should be an option to buy a set of 4 rather than 4 individual coasters.

Misleading I thought this was a set of coasters as in the title, but it is one coaster. I would have at least bought 2 to make it a set. Now it's too late for Christmas.

Qty is always one I gave thisa 3 star only because the qty is confusing and it being my first time purchasing something from here I did not realize that everything comes as a quantity of one. When I purchase the coasters, I thought it was a set of 4 so I bought 2 to get 8 but the recipient of my gift only got 2. The look of the coasters is as pictured.

Not pleased When order this item,I thought it would be four coasters, it was only one! The item states "coasters", so I was surprised to receive only one. Since it was only one, I gave it to my spouse.

 Misleading titleThe coaster itself is beautiful and exactly as pictured. However, because the item name says "coasters" and shows 4 in the image, like others I assumed it was a SET of four coasters. The fine print does say "sold individually." But the title should not be plural when it doesn't come as a set.

Initial for engraved coasters Tooo small! I wish I had known! I wouldn’t have purchased them! Discount should have been given! Unhappy!

Update to my Update - CUSTOMER SERVICE After the posting of my negative review, I received an email within 24 hours from the company offering me a refund or replacement. Kudos for doing the right thing.
I am impressed with how on top of the reviews they are and the proactiveness they showed in reaching out!

Seriously ? I'm sure I missed this in the product description but you only get 1 coaster even though the picture displays a set. The coaster itself is very nice but very thin. I am extremely disappointed it's only 1.

Misunderstanding By Shopper (Sharon, TN) - January 2, 2020 I misunderstood and thought I was ordering 1 set of coasters instead of 1 coaster. I would not have ordered it for only 1 and it would have been too expensive to order an entire set at that price. They were beautiful and I love all the other things I ordered.

Unsatisifed I only received one singular coaster when the picture clearly shows many and the description states “a set”. Also did not receive many items I ordered from this company. Would not purchase again.

Disappointed I purchased several coasters as Christmas gifts; however when they were received, I only received one (1) of each letter. :( I’m returning them as $3.99 for one is not a bargain or something I’m willing to pay.
