Faster than I expected during the holiday season. The quality of this product is superior and there's instructions on how to attach and add water to the ummm I don't remember what it would be called but the black thing inside the box lol. I absolutely love this and can't wait to surprise my man with it!

Personalized Humidor The Humidor that I purchased is the best item I could have gotten and I'm glad I engraved it with Personalization mall online. It came fairly quickly packaged perfectly without blemish. My husband is going to love it. Now I need to find some cigars to put the icing on the cake..lol..

Good Quality The quality of the way it was crafted was great . It looks soooooo nice. The wood is even and the glass gave it a great touch . It's really elegant and I would purchase another one. I just hope the humidifier is easy to replace because it doesn't give you a timeline on how long the humidifier lasts . Hopefully my mate enjoys it .

 A gift for a friendIt's hard to review because a humidor needs to sit for some time and be able to work before one knows if it is a good humidor. It is a beautiful piece with beautiful work and feels well built. The only thing I do not like is the element...it looks like a run of the mill element...then again it might not be. This is why it is difficult to review.

Great Humidor The engravements were done very well and the humidor was of very good quality. I would’ve gave it 5 stars if it came with instructions. I had to screenshot the basic instructions from this page and send it to the gift recipient.

Not a professional humidor By Shopper (Miami Lakes, FL) - November 18, 2018 I bought this for my husband. The engraving and exterior looks very nice, however after watching a few videos in YouTube to setup the humidor, we realized it wasn’t a professional humidor. The hydrometer is not accurate and the interior takes forever to absorb moisuture. We had to buy an electronic hydrometer and place it inside. Makes me wonder if it’s cedar wood or something cheaper.

Great customer service The seal on the box isn't extremely tight for a humidor, but the glass etching and overall craftsmanship is stunning. Furthermore, the customer service is outstanding! They went out of their way to assist me and I really felt valued as a customer! I will highly recommend Personalization Mall.

 Good Construction, Poor EtchingThe product overall is nice. It is working how it should and keeping the cigars fresh. However, the etching is very low quality and will not hold up in my opinion.

Lovely but not great humidor This looks lovely from the outside. However there is a small wooden dividing piece that is unstable on the inside. Also, the personalization stamp is uneven (parts of the stamp appear to be flaking off). The moisturizing sponge plastic container has the equivalent of thick 3m tape to hold it in place and won't stay. Great conversation piece but mediocre humidor.

 Blemished ColorThe black coloring on the lid & sides of the humidor is very noticeably blemished. So disappointing.

Humidor The personalization was not centered on the glass. It looks horrible. It was a gift for someone very special and now I can't even give it to them!
