Received to late The mug was great but it took so long to arrive that the person visiting had flown back home, so it cost me another $11 to ship it to her.

Handle on the wrong side This is a wonderful item, but because most people are right handed, it would have been better if the handle was on the right hand side of the cup. But beautiful nevertheless.

The black background was called distressed chalkboard, but looked more like a mug that was handled before the paint dried. It looked like a reject. I wish I had looked at the picture online closer.

 Looks terribleThis item was not made correctly. I was told by a rep that Vintage is supposedly to look bad. Not true. This mug went right into the trash,it’s a dollar store mug with a crappy label that looks like oily smudges all over it .I’d never ever give this to anyone and if I saw it in a store I’d never buy it. Poor quality and processing and for the first time, poor customer service. I won’t be back.
