Exactly what I wanted When I received the cutting board at first it had some scratches and a small ding. This was a gift so I contacted customer service and they were awesome. 3 days later I had a new cutting board and it is magnificent. It's going to be the talk of Christmas!

Cutting Board The board was very nice. My issue is with your company, I emailed twice and never heard back! The product arrived late even with paying for 2 day shipping. I needed this for a going away party and did NOT have. By the time I received the board my friends had already moved. Very disappointed with your customer service.

quality product Great quality product except the lettering is very light in places along the top and bottom boarders but the description does warn that this is a characteristic of this product. Otherwise very nice, heavy duty quality.

Good Quality & Timely I would order from this company again. I ordered a Cutting Board and the only critique I would have is that the engraving could stand to be a bit deeper to stand out a bit more, however, they were very timely, and great at communicating the status of our order all throughout the order experience.

Good product—Engraving less noticeable than expected I am overall happy with this product. It’s a beautiful cutting board. My only complaint is that the engraving in the photos on the website are much darker than they really are. In reality, you can’t see the engraving very easily, unless we put it under our counter lights or other light source to create a shadow effect.

Bamboo Cutting board. By Shopper (Coventry, RI) - November 29, 2020 I was expecting a block meaning flat on all sides, but it is rounded on top and flat on the bottom; so it's a bit disappointing, but it's personalized and too late to order another to ship where I'm sending it.
I wish there was a store to visit to preview these products before ordering.
I wouldn't recommend it.

Huge but no place to grab The product is huge and nice and thick. However there is no place to grab or grip it to get it off the counter, which is frustrating.

Personalization By Shopper (HSV, AR) - December 19, 2019 The engraving was what I asked and the delivery was on time. The only problem with the engraving is I wish it was little deeper and somehow making it stand out so you can see it from a distance.
