 Serious Stones!These are serious tumbled pieces of stone. Nice felt bottom. smooth finish but you can tel its a hewn piece of rock. Polished just right. Not shiny, not rough. Incredibly heavy. Very impressed.

Coaster By Shopper  (Corsicana, TX) - October 29, 2016 I love Personalization Mall and I use them frequently. I received the coasters I ordered and they were printed exactly right however one of them was chipped and broken. I believe this had to do with the mailing process and not Personalization Mall, I glued it back together and the couple understood so all is well! Loved the coasters

Four stars instead of five only because of the packaging, not the product.
I checked the box to have them send me a box to put the items in for gift-giving, and paid that fee. They did send the box, however it was much too big for the coaster set and did not work.
I thought when they said I could buy a box for it from them, it would be a convenient, appropriate size for the gift.
Otherwise, I'm happy with the company.

Tumbled Stone Coaster Set I ordered 2 sets of the coasters as gifts for neighbors. They are beautiful, except one coaster in each set had a broken corner. I’m now working with customer service and hopefully they will replace the damaged pieces.

Coasters are marble lol These coaster are truly marble, heavy and as marble is-all different because of that. I had an issue with a few initials but was quickly rectified and redone! Great customer services. If you are a sticker about uniformity then remember no rock looks a like!

Coasters I was very happy with the way these turned out. The only thing I was disappointed in Was one of the corners of a coaster came and it was chipped off

They are nice but one of the coasters the corner was broken. I had to glue it as I had no time to complain and replace. But when I glued it you couldn't tell it was broken.

Stone Coaster I was disappointed but that's my own fault. I realized when I put everything together that I should have ordered the black, not the burgundy. Also the burgundy looks more brown than red. My first choice was the black, and I should have stuck to that.

However, I called customer service and they were very helpful. They are sending a new shipment to me. I am anxious to see the new package for my birthday gift.

Not 100percent happy Some of the coasters had pretty big size chunks out of them. Realized they are made of stone so some chips we're expected but these looked more like they were broken.

 Nice to look at but not ABSORBENT at allBy Shopper (Knoxville, TN) - June 20, 2019 I ordered these coasters to use in updated family room and they look really nice but are NOT ABSORBENT at all. Literally can not be used if you are worried about water rings. The water just sits on the top of the coasters and runs off. I was really hoping for looks and usefulness but nope.
But I will say one coaster came with a brown smudge in the stone and couldn't be removed. I called PM and they are shipping me one new coaster. I didn't have to have the inconvenience of shipping the defective one back which was nice.

Not totally satisfied It is probably my fault for not reading the description about the initial accent. I was thinking that they were engraved with an etch instead of paint on ink. One of the stones has a large fissure and the coaster looks ugly with the initial running over it. This was on my coaster so I can live with it but I didn't go through all the other boxes to see if any were the same.

Letter was not centered By Shopper (Inver Grove Heights, MN) - December 19, 2017 Though the coasters were nice quality and quite heavy, the monogram (we had letter K) was too far to the right. It looks a little funny, but I will be giving it as a gift anyways.. will likely not order this again unless they can center the monogram better in the future, or at least move it to left a little.

Broken Edge I a a frequent customer of Personalization Mall, and have never had a bad experience with a product until now.
Received these coasters, with the correct personalization, however one edge was broken, and they are different colors of stone. Three are light, and one is a darker tan.
Contacted Customer Service to ask about a replacement, and they said they were manufactured correctly, and would not do anything about it.
Usually, they are pretty good about issues, but this is the first time they have refused to stand behind a product.

Not centered I loved this idea! Beautiful and monogrammed. Anything a southern girl wouldn’t love. Except when I received it, it wasn’t centered and looked very cheap. The monogram was almost at the very top and almost cut off. I wrote asking for a refund, but was told they all come like this and I could not get a refund or store credit. If that is the case, don’t get this item.

Coasters I was unhappy with these coasters and would not order them again. It said there was cracks but some were completely through. Not good.

REALLY rough By Shopper (Parrish, FL) - July 18, 2017 Described as rough tumbled stone, but chipped off corners, grit around the edges, and cracks throughout were not what I expected. Purchased as a gift, I would be embarrassed to present them. Be careful if you want pride in you gift choice.

 Chipped coasterAlthough they are very pretty unfortunately, one of the coasters was chipped. Oddly enough, I didn't find the chipped piece in the box which makes me wonder if it was packaged with the chip prior to shipping. Disappointed as I can't give this as a gift now.

Total disappointment One of the coasters came broken in half, and I cannot get any response from this company. Very frustrating since these were to be a Christmas gift. A definite disappointment in the customer care department which means I will never order from them again.
The coasters themselves were beautiful.
