When I received them, one of the coasters had a large corner missing and another had mis-aligned printing. I still wanted to give them as gifts, but not with these problems. I contacted customer service and they sent two new coasters immediately! I was so pleased with their prompt response. The coasters are beautiful and a very good quality product.

Definite fan favorite... These coasters are unique in that they are styled to be timeless, high quality, and can be used every day or for special occasions. They are heavier than most coasters which has proven beneficial to not cracking when placed too hard on any surface. I haven’t dropped them on tile, but I have on carpet at a 3 ft distance and have not seen one crack. I have purchased this gift for 8 families over the past 2 years with different home decor and personal styles, and all love them. Definite fan!

Beautiful Wedding Gift My husband and I have a set of these for ourselves. They are perfectly imperfect because they are stone and have some variation. Got another set for a wedding gift. One came out with a pretty big corner missing and just wasn't happy with it. Spoke with customer service, sent a picture in, and they sent one replacement no charge! Great customer service and great product.
