A great product for a great price One of the glasses arrived shattered and PM immediately sent a replacement glass. When I voiced concern about the glass arriving in time (bridal shower gift) they sent another glass express mail. Not only did I receive the glass in time for the shower, PM told me to keep the first replacement glass so I received 3 instead of two.
Bottom line, great customer service and I've always had good experiences with PM.
