It looked good except a spot where there was etching and there shouldn't have been. Other than that it came all it one piece.

These are so pretty in person. I bought these for my bridesmaids and hopefully they will love it as much as I do! I wish it came in different fonts! There are some minor air bubbles in the wine glasses which does bother me a bit, but if it doesn't bother you in the slightest bit then I would totally recommend these for your bridesmaids. They are the perfect gifts!

These are sturdy, nicely etched and made a great little gift for my son's future in-laws and my husband and I to use during wedding weekend. I wish they were a little smaller as they feel like more of a tumbler than a wineglass. Careful with this pour!

I ordered these glasses as gifts for my bridesmaids and was very pleased with the quality of each. The glasses were much sturdier/heavier than I thought they'd be and the engraving was nicely finished. The only imperfections I saw were very minor/small bubbles in the glass on one or two. However, they were barely noticeable and did not take away from the glass itself. I would definitely reorder in the future!

Ordered these for my bridesmaids and they came in exactly as advertised. They are big, and the engraving is good quality. I had a slight mix up and customer service fixed it right away with no charge. They were very kind and helpful! I recommend this product and Personalizationmall as a whole!

I love the product. I ordered two wine glasses and one came out great and the other was okay. One of my bridesmaids name is Kathy and the "y" was cut off at the end.

Cute and whimsical but plan ahead! Personalizing and shipping take time.

Wasn't really what I expected. I was thinking they would have been actually personalized..not just sticker letters..I'm afraid when they wash them, the stickers will come off..

These would have been wonderful for all the ladies but the packing is not. I brought 10 glasses & the 1st one I took out the box slipped out the box & shattered. I felt horrible. Now my daughter don't have a glass. Everyone else have one & they love them.

I ordered this glass engraved with my husbands initials for fathers day. What I received was ANOTHER MANS NAME. This happens, understood... however, what I find UNACCEPTABLE is that the company insisted that I send a picture of the wrong order. This is also understandable... what I find appalling is that they ask me to send it a SECOND time, before any apology, no offer to make up their mistake, also note that their response was long past the holiday I was hoping to present the gift.

Without any acknowledgement, they decide to ship the correct order. No apology, no making up for the mistake and timeframe beyond the holiday.

I will be sure to NOT use this company in the future since they have a poor customer service team, and an incompetent shipping team.
