I ordered this glass engraved with my husbands initials for fathers day. What I received was ANOTHER MANS NAME. This happens, understood... however, what I find UNACCEPTABLE is that the company insisted that I send a picture of the wrong order. This is also understandable... what I find appalling is that they ask me to send it a SECOND time, before any apology, no offer to make up their mistake, also note that their response was long past the holiday I was hoping to present the gift.
Without any acknowledgement, they decide to ship the correct order. No apology, no making up for the mistake and timeframe beyond the holiday.
I will be sure to NOT use this company in the future since they have a poor customer service team, and an incompetent shipping team.
