Great product and service I ordered 14 of these for my groomsmen and those attending my bachelor party. They all arrived within days of my order, and they were all great quality, except for the one that had a chip in the rim of the glass. I contacted customer service after which they requested that I send a picture for their quality assurance department. After just one day of me bringing this to their attention, they informed me that they were shipping a replacement for the chipped one and didn't even ask that I return the broken one. They were so easy to work with and they really stick by their satisfaction guarantee. I will definitely be ordering products from them again based on the quality and the service.

Perfection! I am new to Personalizationmail.com and I must say that this purchase was fantastic! It was for my gentleman (not groom) and I couldn't be happier! He was thrilled with this personalized gift and the quality is superb. I was pleasantly surprised! The price for the engraved glasses is beyond reasonable as well as the shipping cost.

Came exactly as pictured Most sites I have ordered from in the past did not look like they appeared on the website but these glasses did and they are great quality. One glass did make it out of the factory with a minor error but after emailing the company, they sent me a brand new glass free and did not ask that I ship the old one back. They truly made good on their quality guarantee and I was surprised how quickly they got it to me considering how close to Christmas it was. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend them to anyone interested in their products!!

Great Gift Idea I'm very pleased with this product. The packaging was outstanding and the whiskey glass was larger than I had initially thought (Which means more drinking and good times - don't judge me LOL). I recommend this product.
