Great value I must not have read good enough because I was pleasantly surprised to find that this mug is glass not plastic (as I had thought). It has a nice weight to it and the engraving/ personalization is spot on! I also love the frosting; It looks like it will keep your beverage nice and cold for a while. I don't know if hot beverages can go in this mug and I doubt my brother will try. I know he will especially love his name being on it.

It is great to have the option to customize the message. When they arrived they looked just like they did on the website. Some individuals complain about the size; however, it clearly indicates they are 12 ounces. Maybe in the future they could offer a larger size, such as 16 ounces, as that would give people multiple options depending on their needs. If you want something cool that you can customize for co-workers, family, or friends, this is a great option.
