Bought as a gift By Shopper  (BOWIE, MD) - June 14, 2019 All in all a nice gift. The receiver loved it. I had a hard time finding a photo that fit Personalization's standards. That seems to be an issue every time I order something. I never get to use the original picture I choose.

Nice It’s very nice. The colors came out very vibrant. I just wish I payed more attention to the pillow size. It’s very small. Petite pillow

Nice quality but size is another story While I was pleased with the quality of the pillow and the definition of the actual photograph, the size of these pillows is much smaller than advertised. I ordered 14-inch pillows and these are less than 12 in. If I had known that, I would have ordered much larger pillows to get the actual size I wanted.

Great Recovery I purchased a custom pillow for my mother it arrived just as indicated. Unfortunately it was the wrong item. I contacted the company immediately and the next day they sent out a replacement and it arrived just in time for Christmas. It was the best present she ever received. Thank you so much for taking care of this . Accidents happen and you were able to correct the problem immediately. Thank you

She loved it! Mother in law loved the pillow. Came flat so i was scared but its vacuumed packed so that probably explains it. Would buy another in the future.

Pillow This is such a beautiful item, have purchased for Xmas in the past year and this year. I did notice the pillow was less fluffier this year. Still a nice personal item.

Great Quality but No Pillow? The quality of the photos on the canvas pillowcase turned out great. Very pleased. However it was not clear that the product does not come with real pillows? Disappointed that I now need to find pillows in addition. The "filler" that came inside makes it about a 1" decorative pad vs a pillow you can actually use.

Great Keep Sake I ordered this for my girlfriend's mother as a keep sake from my girlfriend's graduation and she loved it. She keeps it on her bed now. It's well printed and nice deep colors. The only issue is the fluff that comes inside the pillow is very much. Could be a lot fuller, but its easy and cheap to buy more and fill it up more. All in all a great product!

Cute but a few flaws The picture I sent to be put on the pillow came out great! My 2 issues are: 1. The pillow insert does not fill the pillow case. It was not vacuum packed so it will not get any bigger. The case is very saggy on it and it distorts the picture. 2. The pillow case itself is a bit flimsy, and is a fold over type of fitting. For the price I would think it should have a zipper closure.

Pillow Insert The picture cover is very nice, however, the pillow insert came with a tear in it with stuffing sticking out. Was disappointed. But the main thing was the pillow cover which I was completely thrilled with.

Not happy By Shopper (Prophetstown, IL) - April 27, 2023 I ordered a pillow and got a glorified stafium cushion, my mother is in the hospital and I thought a pillow with a picture of her dog would give her comfort.

14" personalized velvet throw pillow I felt the cover/photo was good, however the 14" pillow insert was flat and cheap for the price.

Family pillow By Shopper (Fall River, MA) - December 26, 2019 Loved the quality and size of the pillow; certainly well made, not flimsy. Disappointed in the picture as it was blurry, but may have been my fault. It might have happened in the cropping of the picture. Would order again as I've always gotten good results in the past.

Nice but slight disappointment By Shopper (Orangeburg, NY) - December 7, 2019 The photo pillow came out nice although I was disappointed on two accounts. The first one is the 14x14 size - it is smaller then I thought but really this is my fault. I should have ordered the 18x18. The second reason I have slight disappointment is that part of the photos (2 of them out of 5) came out a bit too light; kind of over exposed. My original is not and the preview didn't appear to be over exposed either. So not sure why it came out this way. Otherwise, if not for this I would have loved it. I'm not attaching a photo of it because my camera is showing it darker than it actually is.

It’s good I had bought a pillow from here before but I guess I should’ve looked into it more. It seems that the product was a little more cheaper than the first time but it’s still looks cute.

Not what Expected The item was a gift for my mom's birthday. Since I purchased the 18" pillow, I assumed it would be as seen in the picture. I also assumed that the pillowcase would be on the pillow. My mom said the pillow was very small. I was unable to view the items, as the order was mailed directly to her and there was NO description on what was included.

 Wrong item receivedI was really disappointed, I ordered a pillow with a family picture on it. The product I received was someone else's order, so I can only assume someone got my order. I didnt want my family pictures shared with other people, those are personal items, and who knows where my pillow was sent. Makes me uncomfortable knowing that pride isn't taken with the orders from this company.

Photo 14" Throw pillow The pillow was not gift quality at all. I thought it would be stuffed with more cotton and a little bigger. No wonder the company charged so little for very very poor quality.

Flat Pillow 101 The pillow's printing is nice... Great picture quality but the pillow is FLAT!
