I ordered this pillow as a Christmas gift and had the picture done on Etsy. I was leery about the end product and how it would look on a pillow. The soft velvet material gave it a touch of warmth and never distorted the actual picture. The packaging of the pillow was sent in an air tight bag and very presentable manner to view as soon as opened. You will have to open the package to fluff up the pillow if you don't want to gift a flat pillow. The back of the pillow case has the date hidden under the flap. I thought this was great to remember when you got the gift. Overall, highly impressed with the quality and fast delivery. Ordered on 12/14, received on 12/18, was guaranteed by 12/20. Phenomenal service and would definitely order again from personalization mall.

Surprised and happy I was so surprised when the package arrived in a flat box. At first I thought there was no pillow—only the cover. But there is a pillow that I assume will puff up when opened. This is for a gift, so I will not do that ahead of time.
The picture and sham are well-crafted. The photo on the material is clearer than I thought it might be. It is centered well. The material itself and insertion flap are good quality.
I’m pleased with my purchase.
