Was a little disappointed

I've been so happy with every purchase from here before, but was disappointed with this item. The personalization of names was so faint, you can hardly even see it with a magnifying glass. Still love the company and will purchase things again. Just know what you print for the background is not boldly visible.

Names in ornament background are barely visible

I was really disappointed in the 3 ornaments I received for my children and their family members. The names are barely visible even if you look up close.
The preview showed the background names in white printing but they seemed to be in a light tan color instead that blended into the red color.
I am so sorry I purchased these ornaments especially for the price that I paid for them.

I ordered 3 photo ornaments as gifts this year, as I do each year. All 3 came blurry and poor quality. P-Mall replaced them, on one the image was better, the other just the same, and on this one the print clarity was even worse.

Check the color of letters

I love all the years of shopping each Christmas but we were disappointed that the white lettering was more tan and so it washed out the background letters.
The preview of the ornament looks white but it wasn't.
