 Love the ornamentsI love the ornaments, they are sturdy and thick and great quality. They have a beautiful finish. I am taking away 1 star because I would have like to have the option to use them for just 1 person, so the back of my family Christmas tree would have looked the same.Because you are only allowed a minimum of 2 persons, I had to choose different designs for single persons in the family.

Gave it 4 stars only because it printed slightly blurry and pixelated however, from far it looks fine. It was bigger than I expected, too. Will purchase from PMall again.

Hard to read The print on the ornament was not very clear. We order several ornament every year and have never had an issue until this year. Chalking it up to 2020.

2-Sided Reindeer Ornament ~ Cute! I am a return customer and am always happy with my purchases from PersonalizationMall.com. I LOVE the porcelain disk ornaments with photos on them. They never disappoint. I will order more in the future, however if I could offer a suggestion, maybe increase the font size of the family members' names, they are bit difficult to read. Otherwise, it is great!

Family ornament Cute ornament. First one came blurry & fuzzy on both sides of the ornament. Contacted the company and they immediately wanted to make it right. In days they remade a new one and sent it
out to me. I have used personalization mall for the last couple of years to make my grand children's ornaments vs store bought ones. They really enjoy seeing their names and pictures on the ornament.

Hard to Read I order personalized Christmas ornaments every year and am always really happy with them. I have to say this one was a little disappointing. The names are hardly legible and the image is poor quality (picture included). I got another ornament of similar style and the image was poor quality as well. I have learned not to order this type of ornament again.

Cute but not great I don’t normally give poor reviews. But this product, although cute and special for me, was disappointing. The picture was fuzzy and the other side was so small you can barely tell what it says, I am not returning or anything, but I would not purchase this as a gift for anyone for certain.

Focus This is the first time I’ve ever been unhappy with the quality of a product from personalizationmall. The ornament itself is fine, but the image and names were printed out of focus. It’s just doesn’t look good.

It's a nice size, beautiful coloring but the names are SO small.
