 Reindeer OrnamentI am disappointed in how small the names appear on this ornament. Unfortunately, I've ordered this style ornament for two family members. I'm having Christmas early and unable to replace with a better product. I would not recommend.

Disappointed I was a little disappointed when I received my order. The customization was very small. It's hard to read our names on the ornament. It is also very blurry. I have ordered many things from here and this is the first time I have not been satisfied.

Just ok This is a cute ornament but the characters are very small and for a family of five, the names are minuscule. You have to squint to see what's written.

Read dimensions!! I was very disappointed at how small this was! I Have ordered several ornaments and incorrectly assumed this would be as nice...just on clearance because of after holidays. My bad for not reading dimensions because i would not have bought it.

Disappointed, but good customer service. I have ordered from here multiple times and look forward to getting my annual family picture ornaments for the christmas tree, and grandparent gifts. When the ornaments arrived, they were blurry. Much more so than any other year I had ordered these. I contacted customer service, and after a review of the images, agreed to send two new ones. I received the new ones still in time for Christmas, but the quality on the new ones was not significantly better. They were good enough.

Names are teeny tiny Overall very happy with the size of the ornament and the lettering at the top. Loved that I could personalize it for every family member. That being said - the names under the individual reindeer are really REALLY teeny tiny. Very hard to make out. I ordered 13 of these ornaments for close family and 2 out of the 13 are FUZZY looking - like someone else said - not enough to return them but definitely annoying.

Blurry picture and blurry image By Shopper  (Wallingford, CT) - December 12, 2016 I order personalized ornaments every year from here for Christmas. The ones we received this year were just not as good of a quality. The printing was a bit blurry. I uploaded a very high quality size file for the digital photo but it printed very blurry on the ornament. The other side with the names also printed blurry. Definitely not up to the quality of past ornaments I've received. In the past the ornament used to have a nice bow to hang it from. Now they send a cheap piece of ribbon separately that you have to tie on yourself. Definitely a decrease in quality this year for paying the same prices. I was a bit disappointed.

Disappointed with these By Shopper (Apple Valley, MN) - December 3, 2016 Last year I ordered photo ornaments which were great. A few months ago I ordered personalized coasters, again great, so I was sad to see how these turned out. I ordered three; one with four characters, two with five. The font size is so small it is hard to read and appears blurry and on all of the ornaments the blue background is blotchy. Because the other items I have purchased through this site were so good, these were a big disappointment. Sorry, Personalization Mall!

A bit small The ornaments material was very nice because it was not resin as most are.I was disappointed in the size of figures in the ornament and the ornament itself. They were very small and you did say they were 3 inches which they were.. I have ordered many times from this site and have been satisfied.

Cute I just rated the heart ornament also. And the same thing with this ornament. The ornament itself is so cute. However the text and the picture are both fuzzy. Not enough to return, but enough to be slightly annoying. No fuzziness in the preview.

 Unpleasantly surprisedI ordered this ornament for a friend and it was so small and cheap feeling I was embarrassed to give it to them. I paid more for this one then I did the better quality penguin ornaments?

Not the usual quality By Shopper (mena, AR) - November 26, 2018 I purchase personalized family ornaments each year and this year I was disappointed in the quality. The names are very small, as are the size of the reindeer, the glossy finish is not very shiny, quite dull really. Overall, I was very disappointed, usually the ornaments are very nice.

Product features that you don’t like By Shopper (San Diego, CA) - January 5, 2018 I was excited to receive this gift for my sister. However, I was unaware that I would need to lighten up the picture on the ornament so when I received it the picture was dark. If the system would have maybe flagged my picture to let me know I need to brighten it the gift would have been perfect. When I called to ask about the image on the ornament I was told sometime people like to print gag gifts so they don't touch the images. I was a little disappointed.

Ornament I ordered 3 of these ornaments & 1 of them was terrible. The personalized names were blurry. I have ALWAYS has great products from Personaliztion Mall, so was very disappointed.

Not what I expected The ornament looks cheap. The picture I chose was a little on the dark side but still completely visible and the picture that I received is so dark you can hardly see anything. I would not recommend this ornament.

Too small The writing on the ornament is really, really small. Even with glasses, it’s hard to read. We purchased the four name ornament.

Disappointed I purchased several of these personalized ornaments, and when they arrived the personalization parts were light, blurry and difficult to read.

Not how I hoped it would turn out I liked the front picture of the reindeer but the photo I uploaded (which was from a professional photographer) came out very blurry and the colors ran together. I had another ornament done at the same time with a different image from the same professional photographer and it turned out great.

Not clear photos My family photo came out blurry and I haven't heard back from the company yet as to whether or not it can be fixed. As of now I would not recommend this product. The mugs are beautiful though!

Disappointed is Quality Assurance I ordered one but the picture of my family came out blurry, even though the preview of the purchase did NOT show it blurry. Quality assurance blamed it on the quality of my photo, and refunded my purchase so I reorder using a different photo. The 2nd one arrive a few days ago and the reindeer side (their design) is what came blurry, which means it has nothing to do with the quality of my photo on the 1st one, and instead the printing of the ornament. Why ship a blurry product?!? TWICE!

Disappointed in the picture By Shopper (Oelwein, IA) - December 9, 2016 The ornament itself is beautiful. My picture on it, didn't turn out so great. My kid's faces were really washed out (glowing basically)and I thought it looked terrible.
I almost thought about not giving them to the Grandparents as part of their gift. Please see the original picture and the picture of the ornament I received.

The camera we used was a nice camera as well so I know it was not an issue with that. I won't be purchasing from this site again

 Can’t read it hardlyThe ornament itself is cute, but it’s a small ornament so you can’t barely read the names of the kids on it. I was pretty disappointed. I guess I just thought the names would be a little bit larger, but they are so tiny!

Sadly, I Would not Recommend I'm sad to say that I would not recommend this ornament. Our names came out very blurry and grainy looking. It looked great and clear on the website, but in person it was terrible. I'd definitely recommend picking a different ornament. If I had not already put up my Christmas decorations I would take a picture and upload it.

Reindeer ornament This was my 4th year in a row ordering from this site for ornaments. They have all been very nice. Except this last one. It’s blurry and I don’t like it at all. I’m very disappointed in this purchase. It makes me a little concerned to order something from this site again.

Blurry I was really bummed that the picture and names were out of focus. It should have been made again and not shipped out. Now, I am embarrassed to give this as a gift.

Very Poor Quality The image was extremely blurry and unacceptable. I bought 3 ornaments from this site this year and they all came out this way. And all 3 pictures were taken with professional cameras and I have used them for other prints and projects without issue so I know the fault is not on my end. I will not be buying picture ornaments anymore due to my disappointment.

Not what I expected I buy an ornament every year for myself and my dogs. This year I needed one with only myself and one dog. There wasn't anything available for just 2 in the usual resin ornaments I get that have shapes of snowmen, reindeer, etc. so I took a chance and ordered this one. This one looked cheap, was a little blurry and the names were so tiny you needed glasses to even see them. I wasn't pleased at all. In all fairness, I've ordered several of the other type and always love them. The company did replace it with a different type....which is similar to what I get and helped tweak it to work. It is great.
