10 out of 10! I wish there were more stars for this absolutely gorgeous picture! It’s a birthday gift for the bride 2 months after her wedding and I am astounded by the clarity and quality of this picture! I was nervous with a white background with the bride and groom in the foreground yet the sunbeam created with the internal lights in the frame made a heavenly glow around the couple! A definite home run on this gift!

Beautiful Love this but wish there was an option to have batteries purchased and installed as Ivlike to send these as gifts and hate having to tell someone to make sure they get batteries. I had one shipped to me, put batteries in, shipped it and all the shipping costed more than the product itself.

Illuminated Shadowboxes I love my two illuminated shadowboxes. When lit they have a glittery effect. They are really beautiful. I would suggest using a bright picture as when they are off they are a liitle darker than a regular picture. I have ordered a lot of personalized items from personalization mall both for myself and as gifts and I have always been very happy with them. These are one of my favorites-they are so different!

Quality products and great customer service Purchased this for my mother for her birthday. When I received it it had a flaw in the picture. I notified the company by email with an attachment of a picture of the defect. I was worried because her birthday was 4 days away and 2 days were the weekend. I got an email stating an apology and that they would send me a replacement. That evening I got an email that a replacement photo frame was made and ready to ship. They sent it to me at next day shipping with no extra charge. She loved it.

Unique gift I was very happy with these as Christmas gifts. I took the photos with my iPhone of pictures and they turned out great. They come out better than the initial proof you see on line after you create it. I even kept one as a nice memory of my father.

Beautiful I've never been disappointed with products I purchased through personalizationmall.com. I love my LED frame. It requires batteries (2 AAA) that are not included.

Exactly how described I have now ordered this product three times because I liked the first one so much! It is how they described: the White comes transparent so I would recommend avoiding white. But even so, it is a perfect personal gift and so heart-warming!
