 Great gift - but 2 of 6 latches were brokenLOVED this item. Ordered 6 for various family members. SUPER cute but was disappointed that 4 of the 6 latches on the boxes were missing, therefore the picture falls out easily. We "Fixed" with a small piece of duct tape to hold it in, but of should have not had to do this. If the latches were not broken we would have given 5 stars.

Good quality for the price It’s a good quality for the price, but it works great! The film looks a bit tainted but it gives a really cool shadow box effect

Does not come with battery This item is thinker than I thought which is great but went to try and it doesn’t come with a battery. So make sure you buy some batteries so you can have that person receiving it turn it on when they open it. It’s much more magical that way lol.

Our new nightlight Bought this for my mother in law for her birthday. She had a picture of my father in law that she loved. However the bottom piece that holds in the picture was off when we opened it. Luckily I found the screw and fixed it. It is now the perfect nightlight for my mother in law at night with a photo of her husband.

Beautiful item I love this!! I do recommend using darker pigmented pics tho because the light makes lighter colors not show but the quality and actual product is amazing. Thank you

I truly love the idea, and the picture does look great in it for what it's supposed to be. The quality is not the sharpest or clearest, but then again it really isn't supposed to--the idea is supposed to come from the back lighting look. Would definitely recommend, but do not go into it thinking this picture will be the most clear or picturesque. The 10" x 10" is a great size as well, doesn't take up too much room and easily recognizable. Would recommend this over the 6" x 6".

Little scratch, but very noticeable The only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because the picture came with a small scratch on it. So when it’s lit up, that small scratch is very noticeable.

Light up frames The product itself is excellent however be aware if is a light photo (daylight, bright lights, etc) once the frame is turned on it will overpower the photo and you will not see it properly. I bought it for a friend and one of them had this problem... you cannot see their faces once is on. I wish they would explain this in the instructions so be aware. Warm tone photos look amazing so go for that. Over all great product.

Cute This product turned out way cute! My mother in law loved it. The only thing is I wish the lights had a timer on it so she didn’t have to keep turning it on and off. Other than that was loved this item.

Unique and fun display I think this is the cutest picture box! The print quality is excellent, the lights add a nice flare to it. My picture came out of place and it was "challenging" to place it back but after carefully handling it, I managed to get it back into its original place. I would buy again and gift to others.

It may have been stated, but I did not realize the photo was recessed as far back in the frame as it is. The led lights do light the picture, but unfortunately some of the leds are behind the faces of the people causing them to be unrecognizable unless viewed from another angle. Maybe lighting from above or below would give a more even light. It would also be nice if the lighting had a timer instead of just an on/off button. That said I was still pleased with my purchase quality and the speed of the delivery.

The pics I ordered came out beautiful one was a gift and the recipient truly loved it!. Would definitely order more

Love these My family loved these as gifts. They are super cute I'd love to have more made for my own decor. My only dislike is that the non button is on the back which makes them a little hard to display hanging up.

Not bad As expected based on other reviews. Takes two AAA batteries. The picture was difficult to fit so the very top of our heads are a bit cut off, but it was as shown when I paid. No surprise there. The lights are a bit bright on certain spots and make the faces look kind of odd but nothing worse than what you see on the other reviews. Pretty satisfied with purchase.

Cute I really liked this photo box. I was worried because once I received it, the photo was so dark. When I turned on the LED light, the entire picture comes to life. I was so surprised as to how much I liked it that I ordered another one!

Anniversary Gift for My Boyfriend By Shopper (Sugar Land, TX) - November 23, 2018 The canvas picture had two black spots on the white spaces. I reported to Customer Services, and they were very kind about the situation by dealing it with a full refund. Asides from that, there were a few concerns with the shadow box. Without the LED lights on, details on the picture could not be seen. But with the lights on, the picture became very clear. But it required battery so it meant that we could not see the picture clearly for a long time, like other normal framed pictures. Maybe they could have designed it in a such a way for levels of brightness on the picture so that we could see the picture clearer for longer periods of time. Last concern is that the box is straight up and down, with no stand in the back so it means the photo HAS to be at eye level. If they added stand that opens and closes on the back like normal photo frames, it would be appreciated.

Awesome overall These light up picture frames are very different than anything else that you can find and super awesome! The pictures are too dark without the light and can’t be seen unless lit. Try not to make that mistake like I did and you’ll be more than fine!

It worked out perfectly! I was looking for something to display pictures of my bunny after he died and in the past had gotten glass cubes. This time, I decided to check this out and was really hoping it worked. When it was delivered, it was perfect! You can take the images out, it isn't a plug, and it came on time. The only thing I didn't like was the color of the holder/frame.

The only thing is the lights were a little bright, creating bright spots that kind of obscured the picture a little. I fixed it by putting a paper napkin behind the photo and is diffused the light perfectly. Really a lovely gift.

Personalized Photo LED Light Shadow Box I wasn't too impressed with this when I first took it out of package, the picture wouldn't stay in the shadow box because the clip that holds it in place wasn't working properly, and it was cheap box material, but I was able to fix it. Once turned on, it's a really cute gift. Not sure it's worth almost $30, but I'm sure my sister-in-law will love it!

For the quality, I do not feel they are worth double the price of what I paid. I will not be buying again, unless it goes back down in price.

Illuminated Frame The box is exactly as described and super cute. It did come with some loose parts that I had to tighten. I am happy with it overall. I gave 4 stars because the quality of the lighting just wasnt what I expected. I thought it would just light up the picture evenly , but you can see each light on the picture when it is turned on. It's not something that is so bad though. I like my frame and think it's super cute.

My Friend and her Granddaughter It would not let me get the entire picture in the 10x10 frame. I was very disappointed in this as this was a granddaughter of a friend of mine. her granddaughter passed away at 17 years old. This was the last picture that was taken together. I hope this picture was a lot brighter than it looks in the frame. I have to say I am very disappointed.

Shadow Box A bit disappointed how cheaply made this was. I loved the concept but not pleased with the quality.

Picture Idolatry The frame could be better put together. The picture is just a piece of flimsy piece of paper. But when you light it up with your love one picture it brings it nice. I wouldn't recommend it cause I thought it would be different. I was a little disappointed. But for the price I guess you get what you pay for.
