 ClarityBy Shopper  (Ellijay, GA) - December 18, 2019 You can make any of the faces out for the picture I uploaded with the led lights on and you can't make the faces out when there off. Alittle disappointed as this was a daddy gift for Christmas.

product features when I received the item the top of the box was messed up. Very poor craftsmanship. I sent an email and the item was replaced quickly but the replacement wasn't much better. I had to glue the sides due to them not connecting to the top of the box.

Cheap Cheaply made, very light background. Battery top came off which I had to repair. When lights are on it shines right on person’s nose. This is a reaplacement. Expensive gift for a cheap item unlike personalizedmall that’s why I Gave a 3. First ended up being a gag gift I was so embarrassed and this will follow that one.

Shadow box By Shopper (MANNING, OR) - April 30, 2018 I ordered two of these, one of my dog and one of my sister who recently passed. They're done very nicely, however I would have preferred the LED lights were a little less bright and placed more around the perimeter. Still don't understand why the one of my pet cost ten dollars more than the one of my sister. Same size just different photo. All in all, not to bad.

It was an awesome gift. By Shopper (Bartlett, IL) - December 30, 2017 My wife was surprised when she opened it. I think this was an amazing gift. The only thing I am not giving it a 5 stars was because two of the image were not cut properly so there was a gap between the frame.
I also I bought one for my mother-in-law and that one had a problem with the lock. I have to unscrew it and made a new hole because it was all the way at the edge and there was no way to lock and secure the printed image. I know it was a rush gift but it could have done better and with care.

Its ok I like the idea for this gift, but the lights are too bright and it is difficult to see the picture clear.

 Cheaply madeI was expecting a light box with a glass or plastic covering on it. Also there is something on the frame on 2 sides that looks like dried glue. I tried to wash it off but it didn't work. I didn't like this product at all.

Not what I expected This is my first purchase from personalization mall that I am not satisfied with. The lighting behind the image is not as displayed. I had to place the picture into the box appropriately as it was not placed all the way in the box and slid out of place. This was a gift and I will be replacing it with something else.

Cute idea but.... Can’t see the pic clearly because of the position of the lights behind it. Maybe if the light was at top in the frame?

Just a Mess I ordered this in Grey. The box said grey the order said grey. I opened to view it was White. I call customer service explain I needed this gift for a party 11/19/18 was told I could give them the white one and they would ship me the grey one . now who wants two boxes of the same pic? I asked for refund in price difference and Was given a coupon. Overall photo looks pretty frame is cheap and lights makes it cheezy

Frames defective but pictures are beautiful I purchased 4 frames as Christmas presents-one had a defective battery switch, so you have to take battery out to turn light off. On a separate order the 10x10 frame had broken black clasp which caused picture to shift in frame and get scratched up before delivery. There wasn't time to reorder and receive by Christmas, so I am giving gifts that are less than ideal. I am very disappointed in the quality of the frames.

 Light Doesn’t WorkJust received the light box but the battery compartment is missing connectors so the light doesn’t work. The battery just “floats” in the compartment.

Photo light box warning I recently ordered the photo light box and was disappointed on how washed out it looked. The original photo was vibrant. When I contacted the company, they apologized but referred to their disclaimer. They did not offer a courtesy replacement of a different type of product. This item was to be presented to state executive and now I am looking for something else in a short time frame. I won't be recommending this site.

Rethink your purchase By Shopper (Parma, OH) - December 18, 2018 This looks as if bullet holes are going through it!!! Not a good look. The thought is good, but lights are placed horribly! I did complain, but the company seems to feel that it is OK. Just not the Christmas gift I was hoping to give! Sad shopper on this end.
