Great product As always, another great product - it was upside down, but my parents absolutely loved it and were able to get it hung easily even tho upside down. Delivered quickly after being ordered during holiday season.

Unique A unique gift that is great to personalize with non-traditional names for grandparents. The only "complaint" I have is that I wish the font of the grandchildren's names was a bit bigger; they seem to get lost compared to the main font.

 Cute ideaLove the idea of this. But the names didn’t come out as clear as I would have liked. I wish there was a way to customize the size of the font for the names. If you have short names it will look off center to the grandparents title in the back.

 Mother's day The sign looks great but they put the holes upside down to hang it up.

 Paint not finishedI bought this plaque for my sister. I wanted it painted black. The front was black, but the top, bottom and sides were left white. Just looks VERY unfinished and tacky when you hang it up. I am a regular customer and have never not been happy/satisfied with any of the many things I have purchased from this company. But I definitely was NOT happy with this item, at all.
