Not so nice I thought it would be made with real wood, and it was some sort of press board. Luckily I am hanging it up high so no one can tell

Color alert blue has more hues of periwinkle - not true blue The color blue shown in magazine or online is not what you receive.
Choose another color. Also the material is plastic and more distressed as well on ends. If you want a purple blue order this color - it’s not a country blue or true blue color.

Latitude and Longitude Wood Sign I love the product! But the website you use to find out the L&L is incorrect. Luckily the people I sent it to as a housewarming gift double checked (out of curiosity) if they hadn’t their sign would be incorrect for all the years to come. That’s not cool.

Hard to hang This piece is difficult to hang, and doesn't really look like the the pictures online. Very cheap looking. Wouldn't recommend.

Font is too big The quality is excellent however the font type is too big. The numbers run over the compass image in the middle. Makes it hard to determine where the latitude numbers start and ends. Seems to all run together. Different font type would correct this problem.

Smaller than it looks It’s very cute. Only I was surprised how much smaller it is than it appears in the pictures. Cute all in all

cute idea, but print is too distressed It's a cute idea but the actual result was a bit disappointing. The distressing on the printed numbers and letters is too much making it loose the impact. I'm keeping it, but still wish it had turned out clearer.

Fire the quality Control Person By Shopper (Asbury Park, NJ) - July 9, 2020 Great concept but someone either needs to change the printer that creates these (see how it bled through the center) or, fire the quality control person(s). This is the second one that I ordered. The first one was the same. Pay attention to the preview as it does reflect flaws when you zoom in.

L The item was smaller than I anticipated and the lettering that was added with our family name was not right justified with the latitude. It would have been much nicer if the lettering was right justified to complete a better composition. It would great if you offered larger sized plaques as well.

Upside down By Shopper (Inverness, FL) - December 3, 2019 This is the second time I’ve ordered a sign from them. This sign was printed upside down so that the mounting brackets were on the bottom. They asked me to send photos to quality control. After review of my photos they sent another one that was printed correctly. Overall I like the signs and they make a great personalized gift. QC needs to be more diligent. The Lat/Long website is very difficult to import from.

Blue in Phoenix A nice product but the color was a much deeper shade of blue than pictured and no longer matched my curtains.

Color is off The font is perfect and lettering is great. However the color of the blue is more purple than a dusty blue which I was wanting.

helpful tip The sign is a little more distrtessed than I would have liked. The stain also ran down on one side, but customer service said that is the way it turns out.
I have purchased so many items, but this the first time was a little disappointed.

Too polished looking Bought this hoping that it would be a bit more rustic and distressed looking then it is. The distressed look is very placed and calculated looking rather then looking like a naturally distressed piece.

 DisappointingI wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. The "distressing" on the ends just looks like smudges. According to other reviews, this is a common complaint, and is actually intentional. I think it would look better if the distressing was throughout the entire sign, or if it just wasn't there at all.

Not what I expected By Shopper (Cartersville, GA) - December 18, 2018 I ordered this as a gift. When the sign arrived I was surprised and it was not a good surprise. The ends of the sign appeared smeared. When I contacted Customer Service they told me that the sign was supposed to look like that. They said that the sign looked like that on the preview picture at the time I ordered and that I had approved the order. PLEASE if ordering this product make sure you pay attention to detail because they will not refund you.

Cheap printing Sturdy piece of wood. The background print is probably meant to look "weathered" or "rustic," but to me it just looks like it got scratched in shipping. If you look really close in the preview picture, the left corners have white scratches running through the beginning of the coordinates, which I didn't notice before ordering but are very distinct in the actual product. Disappointed in how cheap it looks. Not sure I'll actually give it as the gift I intended.

Care about what you do I love this product and was so excited when I ordered it. It came quickly which is a plus. However, the ink was smeared and has lines through it. I just wish someone would have looked at it before packaging clearly no one did or it would not have been sent.

Not as expected By Shopper (Weymouth, MA) - February 10, 2018 I ordered this sign in black and expected the distressing to appear on the sides, as shown on the website. Instead, the color is charcoal grey and the distressing is blotched and streaky where the sign color was not applied. While the plaque material is of fair quality, the painting of the sign appears shoddy. I don't know if it is unique to this particular sign, but I won't be ordering this product again.

Poor Quality By Shopper (Minooka, IL) - November 30, 2017 I ordered the black one - it was only black on the top - rest of it was white. It was very cheap looking and you couldn't see the compass. Very disappointing since I always love everything from personalization mall!
