Sympathy gift Arrived in a timely manner. I did not see this item personally as I sent it to the house of my recipient, but she sent pictures and raved about how nice it is. Shadow box I ordered 3 of these Heaven In Our Home shadow boxes as memorials for 2 very close friends of my son who passed away last spring for their families and one for ourselves. They are very nice and what I expected (except one did not light up when I received it. I did call customer service and was shipped a replacement express shipping and received it within 2 days, excellent customer service!!!). I have ordered from Personalization Mall before and will surely use them again!

This is the most perfect! The shadowbox came out more perfect than i had originally imagined, i could not be any happier. This particular sign was given to my mother in law whom just lost her husband/my father in law and she puts it next to his urn, and it is beautiful.
