Heaving in Our Home LED box I bought this for a dear friend of mine who lost her husband. When I received it, it did have a little damage to the front of the frame. I contacted customer service right away and they are sending a replacement which I'm very grateful for because I wanted it to be perfect. Regardless it is beautiful and customer service is great! shadow box I received one of these for a gift when my Mom passed away almost 3 years ago and I wanted one as a memory for my Dad that passed away 16 years ago! The 2nd one the wording was lighter and I like that better than the 1st one. It makes it easier to read during daytime.
