Good buy I liked this cup and it turned out great. The only reason it was given 4 stars verses 5 is that it took forever to get it (understandable with Covid-19 shutdowns) and it was smaller than I thought it would be. Other than that it was great and the person getting it loved it.

Smaller than expected The gift receiver was pleasantly pleased with the message we chose, but the mug was much smaller than we expected. I don't recall seeing anywhere in the order process what size it would be, but thinking that detail should be much more obvious.

Frosted Mason Jar Came out very nice! A little smaller than I'd like but it's a collector mug for my husband so size is irrelevant in my case.

Ok product I love the way the mug looks, however I was a little taken aback about the size. I was thinking that it would be bigger. I am sure that it will be fine. I do like the look and it will be a great surprise for my Father.

I bought this to replace a tea glass that had recently broken... when I opened the box, I laughed at how small it was! The mug itself was nice, sturdy, and the design was exactly as it was previewed.

Nice personalized Father's Day gift! This was an awesome gift for my step-dad and my daughter's "BONUS" dad. I was a little disappointed in how light the color of the ink was. I thought it would be brighter but it was still an awesome gift and they both loved them.

Frosted Mason Jar Smaller in size thank shown in pictures, however, good quality. A little disappointed with the prints - they are also frosted and I can barely tell what the smaller prints say without looking very closely, especially the numbers in the year.

Size Matters The mug itsself it's very cute. Did a great job with the personalization and the quality is excellent. My main problem is the size. I'm not sure where I missed the sizing but it's way smaller than it looks in the picture. To advertise Fathers day mugs and get one that suits a 6 year old was very disappointing. Other than that my husband and son both loved the mugs I got them.

Even smaller than you think it is, i will say maybe to give to a child but NOT for an adult!! I did not like it!! I got it for my dad for fathers day and let me tell you it was way smaller than other Mason Jars I've seen. I gave it 3 stars because the engraving is very pretty.

Unfortunately, the dimensions were not easily viewable in the description of the item.
You should have offered a choice of sizes as this mug is simply too small to be useful for an adult.
I understand that this is probably to cut costs but some things should just not be too expensive. ...Like a glass.
