Frame The frame turned out to be more beautiful than expected. The quality is excellent. The finished is glossy. The frame is sturdy. It reminds me of the new acrylic frames, because there is no frame. The picture is the frame.

Absolutely fantastic! I really didn't know what to expect but the plaques turned out beautifully. I look at them daily. They are great remembrances of the dogs I lost in the past few years. The Golden I lost last July is especially special to me. I actually had 2 made of her and cherish both of them so much (as well as the others)

Happy Father's Day I thought it would be a little bigger but, it still went over very well. Wasn't sure what to get a man who has everything and LOVES his puppy. great customer service The first order I received was not in great condition, and there was a white spot on the picture. I called customer service and I was immediately transferred to someone who gave me step by step instructions on what to do to receive a replacement. The following day, my replacement order was made. I received it in less then 2 weeks, and it was in great condition. Great customer service!!
