Pretty I loved this soft doll for my 4 yr old granddaughter. I wish they had the brown hair in 2 pony tails. She's learning to write her name so I personalized it with her first and last name. In silver, her favorite color. The dress that came was also a pretty silver, not the pink in the photo that I ordered. Looks like they gave me the angel version of the doll by mistake, which is still pretty so I'm keeping it. Timely delivery, wrapped in loose plastic. I bought the box to put her in. A nice gift. I'm combining it with the baby doll version to give both as welcome dollies for when the new baby comes.

Cute but smaller than picture looks Doll is cute but smaller than picture shows but still good for my granddaughter. I would have given 5 stars but they charge tax on the shipping which is not right. Otherwise happy with the product.

Cute little doll Cute little doll. I only wish u would give a variety in color of dresses for each hair color. Both our little nieces have brown hair so had to get same dress. The personalization was perfect as usual which makes me happy. Also the speedy delivery of the product.

I’ve been purchasing from PM for over a decade and this is the first time I was disappointed. Consider making her a bit larger for the price. Please consider making her a little bigger

Pink Embroidered Doll It is a cute doll, but I was disappointed to find a very visible seam and stitching along the bottom of the doll's face. Initially I thought it was a defect in just the one I received, but after blowing up the picture of the doll online I found the same flaw. I will keep the doll since my granddaughters birthday is this weekend and it was to be a present. I am sure she will like the doll, but I was disappointed.

Sweet Doll I do like thats there are no small parts - plastic eyeballs or such to swallow and all soft and safe for toddlers. I especially love the personalization - but I wish I had known I could of put NONE in the top line because I really only wanted the child's name. The doll is VERY SMALL and its allot $ for such a small doll - and I could give it more stars but for the cost I feel 3 stars are right. Thank you

 Poor placement of stitching across faceBy Shopper (Aurora, IL) - December 17, 2021 The doll is very cute and possibly a child won't notice, but there is stitching that goes straight across the chin of this doll that makes it look like the doll had a major accident. You can't really see it in the picture on the website unless you enlarge the picture and look very closely. But in person it is very obvious. I buy many things from Personalization Mall and have always been happy. But this doll is an exception. I actually ordered three of these dolls for my three grandchildren and they all look the same, so it is not a case of a single defective doll. I opted to keep the dolls because other than that they are very cute. Also, they are for Christmas and there is no time to find a replacement. Again, I am hoping the little girls won't notice.

Very disappointing... By Shopper (Marlton, NJ) - December 16, 2018 Purchased two of these dolls as gifts and, of course, had personalized, or I would have returned them. They are quite small, in fact, very, very small, not at all worth the money. A very disappointing product from this site, where I am usually very happy with my purchases, but not this time. I should have read the negative reviews before I made my purchase and heeded the warnings.

poor This is the smallest doll i've ever seen! Its terrible! The only reason i kept it is because it has my grandaughters name on it! Terrible doll with a terrible price!
