Very Pleased I want to say I am happy with this we lost my niece on Oct 4th it was a total surprise to us all and it hurt she was such a young woman and had a good life ahead of her and she was taken too soon. I pray this will give my sister and brother-in-law some happiness knowing she is not forgotten...

 Precious Moments is the best thing about this itemI was disappointed that it didn't come with a loop. It doesn't look as special as the lighted ornament. At least I got it for free.

Photo ornament I really love how the photo came out. This was purchased for gifts for my son and daughter as a memorial of my daughter who passed in September. She was a collector of precious moments and with her photo on back made it perfect. The only draw back was maybe I didn't see if I could choose a font for her name but it's really hard to read. But we all know who she is so a least the picture was perfect.

In General, I Was Pleased With The Order I ordered two of the same. In general, I was pleased with the order. One of the ornaments was perfect but the other, on the "Precious Moments" side, the ink was smeared a little. Not enough to return but close. Also, the size I got was pretty heavy, which I expected when I ordered it, since it is made of ceramic. Good to keep in mind so you make sure you have a sturdy tree branch to hang it on.

The colors and writing were not as vivid as I expected and the ribbon included was cheap.
On the positive side the info was all correct and delivery time as expected.
