I called PersonalizationMall and explained what happened. After emailing a photo to customer service, I received a replacement dish for free and did not have to ship the broken one back. Casserole Baking Dish By Shopper (Cloquet , MN) - December 8, 2019 The first baking dish I received had a chip in the enamel. It was a simple as taking a picture of the chip and emailing the problem. I sent the picture on Saturday and had a response early Monday morning. I didn't have to return the first one and the second one came and was in perfect condition.
This company really stands behind the products. I will be ordering more Christmas gifts from them.

Exceed my expectations First off I received this in just 3 days after ordering even though I selected normal shipping. Second, they came out beautifully, I assumed it would be more of a decal or sticker but when I opened it and realized it was actually etched into the dish I was blown away. Great quality and worth every penny.
