 much better quality than I expectedThese were a gift given to my mother in law... although they are still new and not used of yet, they feel like much better quality than I was expecting them to be. The personalized part came out great and I would buy them again.
The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because they havent been used yet and I am not sure how they will hold up in the long run.

Great Find! The utensils are very sturdy and of good quality. I love that I could put a different saying on each one plus include a name. I also like the idea of a gift that will be used and not collecting dust on a shelf. This was a great find!

I figured it would’ve been lasered, meaning it would have probably faded quickly. So much better than I imagined. Can’t believe how fast it showed up! Extremely heavy duty set, will likely last years and years! Ordering more for gifts!

The 's at the end of the last name is completely detached, lower, and far from the rest of the name. The word "kitchen" looks like a 1st grader wrote it. The other utensils that are already pre-printed look fine. I don't think this item is meant to be personalized. I sent an email saying how disappointed I was with the engraving and all I got back was " We are sorry you are unhappy, but after review we determined that this is how they come out". So Don't get them engraved because they will not replace it or return your money.
