 Cutting BoardsBy Shopper  (McMurray, PA) - December 15, 2019 I love the cutting boards but most of the time the lettering is not dark enough! The darkness is lighter is some areas than others. Was wondering why that is?

Key to our home I ordered few and some letterings are light color. It would be nice if it’s darker printing.

Great personalized gift I created this gift for a Christmas present for my brother-in-law. It did turn out beautiful and he liked verry much, except there were areas that were not quite dark enough like the Key did not darken up like it shows in the picture and some of the wording could’ve been darker. Other than that the sentiment was there and I’m very happy that I got it. The preview picture was definitely darker and more filled in in the actual product.

Great housewarming gift Bought this for a client as a housewarming gift, they loved it. The product was good quality, just as described online. I paid extra for rush delivery and it arrived as promised. The reason for 4 star instead of 5, I wish the engraving was darker, more noticed.

NOT thrilled I should have known better because this is the second one that came like this.... it it WAY to LIGHT you can hardly see the writing... it looks nothing like the stock photo they use when they show everyone's review..so don't be fooled!!! Plus stick with the smaller size the 14x18 is way to big to be displayed!

Did not meet expectations The board and wood was beautiful as expected. However, what I was disappointed in was the writing/personalization on the board. The writing was so light that you can barely see the family name. PMall tried to fix this but still was not as expected

Not what I thought The quality of the board is good but the engraving is not what I thought it would be. It's lighter than what was pictured in the catalog. I guess it's because of the grains of the bamboo. It's still a good board for the price.

Bamboo Cutting Board By Shopper (Waco, TX) - December 28, 2017 I bought this as a Christmas/Anniversary gift for my sister. The attached photo is the "sample" of what is was going to look like.....however, it didn't come out looking that good. The board itself was rather good quality, but there were places in the engraving/carving that didn't take as well as others. Seemed to be where a letter would end (like the last letter of her name and the date). I also with there had been an option to change the font styles on this, but there wasn't. I would love to give more than 3 stars, but for the price I wish it had been a little more crisp on the lettering. If I knew the next one would on point, I would probably order it again.....it's a very cute gift and the board it very nice quality for the most part.

 Cutting boardsOnly one of the six I ordered had the stain on the writing completed. Most are half done or so light I can’t see them. They would be great if it was stained correctly.

 Personalized cutting board Very disappointed in this product. Looks cheap and of poor quality. Even had a sticker on back that said made in China. Too embarrassed to give as gift. Will be returning it and purchasing from another company.

Cracked down the center By Shopper (Sparta , WI) - January 25, 2022 The product was beautiful and engraved perfectly however upon first use the board split down the center! It's not completely broken but it's certainly unusable! The only way to return is within 30 days which it was purchased for a Christmas gift therefore I had it for 30 days before gifting it and of course I removed it from the original package and threw that out! Very disappointed that a $50 cutting board split after one use!

Engraving not as shown I received my replacement cutting board and again not satisfied. The product you display on your website is not the product received. When shopping on the internet the client makes their purchase based on the product shown and again this is not what is received. My recommendation would be to display the actual product not those on the website.
I will no longer support the company as I trust what is shown to be the final product received.

Wedding By Shopper (Phillipsburg, KS) - June 10, 2019 Was purchased to give as a wedding gift - when it arrived it was instantly obvious that it was not centered. I will give 5 stars to customer service and how quickly they sent me a replacement. I would give the 2nd cutting board 5 stars because it looked great!

Not Satisfied By Shopper (Philadelphia, MS) - November 6, 2017 I loved the design. I do understand that wood has variations but many parts of mine were very light. I didn't like that it was not consistent. I was very excited to give this to a new homeowner but chose not to. I would have loved if it was consistent.
