The size is perfect for a large prime rib roast, turkey, etc. Frankly the quality was much better than expected for the price. Shipping was quick too. It looks like it will provide years of service. Just what I envisioned! The board, a birthday gift for my son-in-law, was perfect! It is big and of substantial weight. The inscription was imprinted deeply into the wood, so I expect it will never wear off. The birthday boy loved it!! (He's an expert grills man.)
