Now first one was broken in shipment, knew the minute I lifted the box. The young lady I spoke with was extremely nice and professional and replaced it right away! I was upset, but she worked so diligently to replace it, all is good now . Haven’t quite opened it yet, but detect no breakage. I would recommend this gift, it’s really cute.
